I’ve been coming to Hudson Taco since the beginning. Talk about checking off all of the boxes. Pleasant views , attentive staff, quality eats, at a real value. And you can tell they love to have you. Makes it easy to come back and be a frequent patron. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hudson Toco is hands down one of my favorite spots! The food is absolutely great — fresh, flavorful, and consistently on point every time. The portions are solid, and the prices are more than fair for the quality you’re getting.
The service is just as impressive. The staff is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. You can tell they take pride in what they do.
Only tip: make sure you call ahead to check the wait time for...

Great place to eat.
Went twice while we were in Newburg .
Beautiful view of the Hudson River.
Was privileged to see a beautiful majestic bald eagle gliding over the river while having lunch.
Had the cauliflower tacos, quinoa ,brown rice, corn on the cob, and guacamole with chips.
Great French pressed coffee as well.
Highly recommend.
