Ordered shrimp tempura appetizer and Layu Udon noodle soup for pick-up. For the price they give you 2 shrimp!! And the noodle soup charged $5 extra for chicken, the tiniest slice of cutlet and broth that tastes reheated-straight if the shelf, Completely tasteless!! For the price this should be miles better

I had sesame chicken, wife had General tsos, M-I-L had sea scallops. I have to say that we enjoyed every bit of our dinners. Won ton soup was very satisfying. Our new go to place for Asian cuisine.

Visited here with friends to celebrate a birthday. I had miso soup, salad. Hibachi shrimp, roasted mixed veggies and fried rice. Veggies were a little high on the sodium and the salad dressing was a bit much, as the lettuce was swimming in it, but overall, the meal was pleasant. We went on a Thursday, so the crowd was minimal and parking was ample. I would visit again.

Usually I get food here often, the last time I went there had been something in my food that was hard (It was little chips of something that just wouldn't break) and the quality wasnt as it usually is that day . I called to inform them really seeking a refund but she said to have it remade and I agreed! I gave her a working number that was for the order bc she had asked ! A day later? the manager? had texted that # but it isn't my number so I wasn't aware she requested that & she asked for a picture (which I guess could be understandable?) anywho I call to inform them I wanted the order today ! She said okay ! When I gotten to iron chef she started questioning me about the photos ?! Which I'm confused bc I told her the # for the original order was not my #! And she continued to ask for the number again for whatever reason ?! She gives me the food which is already prepared! I go in the bag & ofc their isn't any eating utensils in the bag & theirs sauce on all the food containers!? I really like this place but it's unfortunate these 2 occasions were not satisfying

I ordered the filet mignon and chicken hibachi. They go around the table double check orders. Then the chef makes it in front of us. He gave me like 5 pieces of steak. Then forgets to give me chicken. They tried to give me chicken from the back after everyone else was done eating. No discount or anything. Very disappointed. I paid full price when I didn't get half the meat. And there was no service to get drink refills. They just wanted you in and out as quick as possible.

Made a reservation here for 8:00pm, which was hardly a reservation since they didn't take any information, not even a name 🚩 Drove an hour out of our way just to be ignored at our table for 45 min. MIND YOU THE RESTAURANT WAS NOT BUSY. No service provided, not even WATER. Walked out without speaking to anyone. Terrible service. Do not waste your time here or support an establishment that simply does not care enough about their customers! Felt like I was on an episode of BAR RESCUE, simply ridiculous.

Took family out for dinner after graduation worst experience ever our hibachi chef was horrible no entertainment threw our food on our plates and left no show no saki no connection with us at all very disappointed next time we will go central valley much better..

We were not impressed with the chef. Not as entertaining as previous experiences at other Iron Chef locations. My mother who uses a walker had to enter through a side door and into a service area. This made her feel like a second class citizen. No handicap ramp. We all had a case of a sick stomach the next morning.
