Great food overall, but it is ridiculous how you guys have 5 people working there and still manage to leave an order backlogged for HALF an HOUR. I've made this mobile order a half hour in advance and somehow it hasn't even been on the grill by the time I got to the restaurant. It usually never takes this long and in result I'm late to an important meeting because of this. The food is good like I said, but way too overpriced for the service I went through today. Get it together guys!

If I wanted to eat just bread I would of went to the bakery Every other Jersey Mike's makes good sandwiches but the person in charge the last year is cheap. Never again Newburgh Jersey Mike's Fool me once Shame on you Fool me twice and our relationship is over . So you put a answer to my review. How about giving me a refund for my lousy sandwich BLT.

This was my first time trying jersey Mike's, and at the beginning, I thought it was going to be something similar to Subway. But I was so wrong, my big surprise was to see them preparing fresh meat on a grill, no a microwave heat. The taste was excellent. Really happy with the experience.
