I recently visited Jersey Mike's in Newburgh and was disappointed with my experience. The service was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. Additionally, the quality of the food did not meet my expectations. The sandwich I ordered was poorly made and lacked the freshness I usually associate with Jersey Mike's. The manager was rude and disrespectful they made my sandwich wrong twice and refused to correct the issue and refused to issue refund. I hope they can improve their service and food quality in the future.

This Newburgh location needs to stop being stingy with having adequate employees on hand to serve customers.
The employees are hustling and multi tasking but can't keep up. A line out the door, and the mobile order machine is spitting out orders like crazy.
This isn't my first Rodeo at JM's. Many other stores operate with more than 2 servers. This place? Every time I come, its never more than 2 unless it's a trainee as the 3rd.
