This is my second time coming here just to be treated poorly, customer service is non existent. I went there is evening 8/20/25 the girl taking my order was rude as ever and once again telling me there is 20 min wait on the chicken when I asked to confirm she goes “ yeah something like that” the place looks portly taken care of, I will not be ever returning and I’m calling corporate!!!! What made it worse they started laughing like something funny, better part of me kept it moving cause I could of definitely escalated the situation

Was sitting in the driveway for a good minute and no one said anything. I said “hello?” And someone answered back with attitude “Give me a minute.”
I sat there for another three minutes and no one said anything
So I went in the store. Huge mess dirty store waited forever get a sandwich the whole time I’m sitting here thinking why did I even come? Lol probably won’t come back.

They never have enough chicken. Last night they only were taking cash because their card system was not working, and they did not have chicken at 9pm. Today at 7:20pm they only have 1 tigh & 2 wings. Went tried to pay the card system had problems again. This location in Newburgh always have a problem.

It was our 2nd time my group went there on a Tuesday. We planned on it so there was no going anywhere else. We had a 40 minute wait! Its a fast food place, 40 minutes! Not sure how much staff is needed but maybe not enough staff. My feet were sticking to the floor. When I leaned up against the wall it too felt sticky.

DO NOT GO. WORST FAST FOOD PLACE IVE EVER BEEN. i’ve been here multiple times, the staff are always rude and unhelpful. Every single time i’m told to pull forward and wait for my food. currently waited over 15mins. For “fast food”. Went inside to see what was taking so long and got into an argument with the manger. She told me i’m waiting so long because i got tender. reminder we’ve been waiting over 15mins. We get our food and as we’re walking out the door, same manger starts taking about us and once again gets into a screaming match with us in the parking lot. Manger should be fired. This is the first time i’ve felt the need to write a. review.

Terrible. You order and they ask you to pull around and park. They bring your food out and forget items so you have to go inside. This happens all the time. Staff seems to not care, some seem strung out on drugs to be honest. Stay away from this KFC.

Absolutely horrible! Ordered 2 combos and 2 extra sides. Paid for the combos and extra sides. Were made to wait over 30 minutes to get our meals. The extra sides were left out and the manager argued with me even though I presented the receipt. Was made to order and pay for the sides again. Will never being going back for mediocre food again.
