Just awful food! FishKill is way way better! Newburgh location is not fresh and when you order a large side of Mash and Mac it now cost $5.69 and at Newburgh location was old and not filled fully and that’s wrong! I reached out to customer service they offered me $9 which is wrong! I have pics and they owe me a free meal! Being a DM I know we handle our clients top notch and we don’t make nearly as much as KFC! Just wow! Mac and cheese all old and burnt up! We did the new tenders bucket with 10 and new mashed poppers and fries! I ordered outside and went in 5 min later and drive home 8 min away so there is no way it was that awful and cold so come on now! KFC do better! Just drive up a little further guys and go to FishKill KFC !!!!!!!

This is the worst KFC ever. I placed an online order...I had to wait 45 minutes for chicken AFTER the assigned pickup time from the app. When I asked why it took so long, the person working said that they had to make the chicken sandwiches. I asked why that took 45 minutes past my pickup time and they said "Because no one told me. "
And we didn't get our drinks either. Save yourself some time and skip this all together. Just go somewhere else.

Ordered $80 worth of food, drove in 15 degree weather to pick order up. Upon arrival staff all joking around while I stood at counter waiting ( no one else there). Opened order when I returned home and found no biscuits in order. Called store and they said "what do you want me to do" !!! Do you F'n job for what people pay for.!!

The worst KFC ever a bunch of lazy people working there 9:25 pm and they don’t have no more chicken lazy and they close at 10 pm never seen this in KFC that was today went Sunday morning suppose to open at 11 AM but the cook was late 25 minutes to cook the chicken try to sell us Saturday chicken and I know it takes 12 minutes to cook the chicken and everyone knows how to cook the chicken there cuz I worked at kfc just that the manager is lazy

If it was just the 20 minutes spent waiting for my food with no one ahead of me that'd be okay, but the famous bowl they gave me is a side of mashed potatoes, the 3 piece tenders had more in common with rubber than chicken and for some reason they put 3 things of fries in there just acknowledging they're screwing up the order

Horrible experience. Order number 220165923. I ordered my food using the kfc app and went at 220pm when it said it would be ready. I get there and they tell me it just showed up in their system and will make it now. They then proceed to tell me they are out of a bunch of things i ordered. They were out of lemonade for the drinks i ordered. They were out of the comeback sauce i ordered for my tenders and one of the two chicken sandwiches i had orderd was with honey garlic sauce which they were also out of. I chose different drinks and told them i will take bbq sauce and they can put mago habanero on the chicken sandwich. Once they gave me my food i went home to only find out i was missing a chicken sandwhich and they gave me no sauce at all for the tenders. Very disappointed in the service and dont plan on going back. Store location was 39 N Plank Rd, Newburgh, NY 12550

I love kfc but holy crap this location is the worst. The slowest. Rude staff. Makes me not want to return. I continue to come back bc it’s closest to my house but they really need to be retrained or something. It’s never even busy here. Yet every single time I’m waiting from the moment I pull in. How are they never ready to take an order? How are they so slow with one car in line? Insane.
