I'm handicap, few months ago I ordered online pick up at night. I pulled up to the drive thru and I told the person I'm unable to walk in to pick up my food because i'm handicap. They told me to pull up to the front of the building. I proceeded to wait 40 minutes and watched an employee delivering food to another cars. Until finally I told this worker I've been waiting for 40 minutes for my food I ordered online and can't walk. He said you need to come inside. I told him I can't walk inside because of my condition. He said you still need to come inside pick it up your order and walked away.
After that moment I never returned to that KFC Newburgh location. Newburgh KFC is 5 minutes from my home. Now I drive across the bridge to fishkill 20 minutes away for KFC. Since their customer service and food is way better.
Avoid the Newburgh location at all cost.

Don’t think they had enough employees. 6 cars at drive through, last 4 cares behind me backed out and either went inside or left because the wait was so long. And after I got home, I realized they gave me old dry over cooked chicken along with 2 pieces of fresh chicken. (Original recipe)Just awful. I’m surprised they’re still open. This was my second visit in 2025. The first time, the food was much better. 50/50 are not the best odds.

Staff was so rude. Person taking our order through the drive thru was talking to someone else and I thought they were talking to me. When I asked, they responded with “I wasn’t talking to you” and continued their conversation. Then, at the window, the girl had an attitude while giving us our food. Would not recommend. They said to park in the front and that they would bring my food out in 5 minutes. Twenty two minutes later I had to go inside and grab my food. Sunday night at around six thirty in Newburgh, New York. Very upsetting and unfortunate.

I dont even leave reviews but i never been spoken to as crazy as they spoke to me. I ordered on doordash 2 bowls and a chicken sandwich and they told the first dasher were out of stock of the sandwich and the second came and they told her they dont have the stuff to make bowls now ether and i called and the girl yelled at me. Idk how there in business. Even the dasher said to leave a bad review because they were crazy rude. Dont see this place being open much longer.

We drove 1 hour to visit our dad and stopped by KFC for lunch. Ms. Ameena is impressive! She remembers loyal customers and their orders, she makes recommendations. So annoyed with this place. I tried ordering the honey bbq 2 piece meal the other night and had to then spend 30 minutes dealing with Doordash to try to cancel my order because they closed early. I order the same thing today because I really wanted to try it and I just got regular chicken with no sauce!

I was told to wait 3 minutes for my fries, then told to wait in front of the store parking lot. I ended up waiting 15 minutes. When I went inside two females laughed in the back because they had forgotten to bring me my order. Very unprofessional, very rude. I’m glad I decided not to escalate and entertain the immaturity.

Try to be lenient and give the benefit of the doubt to give this place a chance. Everything about this place is just terrible. Employees can’t even get simple orders correctly. Ordered BBQ SAUCED wings and they’re barely sauced on top of that soggy. I thought maybe I caught them on an off day but this is every day! Will never return here again.
This is my second time coming here just to be treated poorly, customer service is non existent. I went there is evening 8/20/25 the girl taking my order was rude as ever and once again telling me there is 20 min wait on the chicken when I asked to confirm she goes “ yeah something like that” the place looks portly taken care of, I will not be ever returning and I’m calling corporate!!!! What made it worse they started laughing like something funny, better part of me kept it moving cause I could of definitely escalated the situation

Was sitting in the driveway for a good minute and no one said anything. I said “hello?” And someone answered back with attitude “Give me a minute.”
I sat there for another three minutes and no one said anything
So I went in the store. Huge mess dirty store waited forever get a sandwich the whole time I’m sitting here thinking why did I even come? Lol probably won’t come back.
