Came in and sat at bar in evening dinner on a friday. No bartender for 10 mins. Finally served a drink and menu. Then disappeared. More interested in talking to regulars i guess.

My wife and I had our second anniversary at the Lakeview House restaurant. We were able to sit outside and watch the sunset over the lake. It was a colder night but the staff worked hard to bring heaters over and light them even though there were not that many people outside. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was serene. I would highly recommend this place for dinner and special occasions. There is a bar inside as well patrons can sit at and enjoy.

Nothing beats dinner / drinks on the patio on a nice day. Sometimes we go for oysters & beers, sometimes it's small plates – always a fun atmosphere. Make sure you check out the fishbowl at the bar ;-)

Beautiful restaurant overlooking a scenic lake creates a romantic casual vibe as we dined outside listening to a talented keyboard player and singer. The service was a little slow but we were relaxing and not in a rush. The waitress was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

The calamari and marinara sauce was A plus plus. The flatbread pizza was a perfect appetizer as well with plenty of different flavors. Stuffed pork loin was delicious and cooked perfectly. Also ordered the pasta special which had a unique flavorful Alfredo sauce and was very good. Our salads were very fresh and tasty. Desserts were a miss and a bit of a letdown. Alcoholic drinks were strong and hit the spot.

Parking was good, restrooms were an issue as I tried several times but the men's room was locked and in use. Pricing was a little high but it's a great atmosphere and worth it. Definitely will return and recommend to others.

The room behind the bar smells musty, like a damp basement, and the air conditioning is woefully inadequate in summer. There's a tiny, ancient window unit in there that should have been replaced 10 years ago. We were a party of 14. Our waitress was harried, our food took forever. One wait staff for 14 people is not enough especially when she also has tables outside. Food was passable. It seems to be declining.

The food is absolutely incredible and the service is fantastic! You have to get the clams and dip their bread in the broth - it's a must!!
