I honestly couldn’t believe what just happened. The worker straight up yelled at my brother, saying “we don’t remove bacon,” but literally seconds earlier they had no problem taking bacon off the order for the customer right in front of us. It made zero sense and felt completely unfair. The whole situation was handled in such a rude and disrespectful way, like we were doing something wrong by just asking a simple question. The tone, the attitude, everything about it made the place feel uncomfortable and hostile instead of welcoming. What should’ve been a fast, easy order turned into a frustrating and embarrassing moment that left us angry, annoyed, and definitely not wanting to come back here again. Honestly I hope this place closes down never will come back.
