I had an incredible experience at this Longhorn location. The signature “Longhorn” steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked to the ideal temperature. The Onion Soup and the strawberry lemonade was also delicious.

This was our 2nd time there in 2 weeks. 1st time my fries got cold waiting for my waitresses attention for ketchup. I told todays waitress what happened last week, she said, "I'll get the ketchup now". She never did. When my lunch & fries came out, no waitress, no ketchup. I had to grab the busy waitresses attention to find my waitress for ketchup. We were waiting at least 15 minutes and said, "didn't we get bread/butter last time?" As we saw the other waitress being attentive to her patrons, they got their bread/butter right away. Then our waitress walked by, I asked her about the bread, "oh, I'll get you some". She did, but apparently didn't have any intentions or even ask us if we wanted it. Our appetizer came out the same time as our lunch. Our Texas Tonion's temperature was warm, not hot. Food was good.

My friend and I come here often. The food is always delicious, and was tonight. However, I felt a need to put a review because our service was so bad. Casey C was the waitress. She did not check on us at all, ask how our food was, refill our drinks, or take plates away, even though we stacked them at the end of the table. When she did finally come by, she refilled our drinks in the same cup and still didn’t take the plates. Actually, she shifted the plates out of the way to place the drinks then left them on the table!!! The worst part was we could see her standing behind the bar doing next to nothing the whole time. If she was busy I would be way more understanding. But she just seemed totally disconnected. Her other tables had similiar expressions of confusion as us. Very very bad service, I fear

We stopped into this restaurant for dinner as we were stuck in miles of traffic and needed a break. First we appreciated the option to join the waitlist while on the road. The food was wonderful and our server, Trinity, was excellent. We all felt the whole restaurant and especially the bathrooms (woodwork) could use a good deep cleaning. Random women standing in line in the bathroom struck up a conversation on how much dust was on each stall door. An easy fix.

The staff was wonderful the food was on point for a chain steakhouse all in all it was a wonderful experience thank you for your service speaking of which they provided a 10% discount for military veterans which is a nice gesture
