Last night was the first time eating here. The service was so bad on April 19th 2024 around 9:30pmThe whole staff that night was either high or just didn’t care. When I come to eat, I want the best service! Waitress was dead, and when I tried to talk to the other staff about it, they truly did nothing. Yall should hire people that care. I gave her a $.15 tip because that’s how bad it was!Waitress kept forgetting things and to be honest I don’t even remember her name because that’s how bad she was.Even the host last night. RUDE!!!!!!

The LH Burger is the best burger in the area. Always comes with an abundance of fries. Food is made fresh & always comes out hot. Add a house salad for a great meal. The staff is friendly and accommodating.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking lot is a bit tight & the accessible spaces are quickly taken. People usually don't pull in straight and park on harsh marks. Vestibule doors at the entrance are tough from a wheelchair but as soon as staff see you coming, they will hold the doors for you. Plenty of room to navigate once inside. Bathrooms have standard accessibility features.
Consistency is the name of the game and LongHorns came through again. Steak was cooked as orded and the corn on the cob. Well I could eat that everyday. Can't mess up a salad, but it was good and no complaints at all. Server was attentive to our needs and kept the glasses full.

This place unironically saved my life. The food is always perfect at an even more perfect price. It feels like there's a catch or some downside to these prices, but your eyes do not deceive you! They even make their own drinks here!Very funny prank when going with friends to tell the waiters it's someone's birthday when it's really not.This place never misses.And if you're wondering about paying extra for the corn on the side, you should.Kid-friendliness: Lots of friendly kids here. I'm not sure if they were able to appreciate the full scope of what LongHorn has to offer but I bet they probably were friendly nonetheless

The food was great the service was ok.When I got the bill they charged me $3.39 for water the bill says 3 glasses of water but we only got 1. With the bill over 170. They charge extra for WATER.
