Today I bought lunch for my team at work and when I came to pick up the cashier is completely disgustingly rude and that’s her attitude all the time she’s working .This is definitely not someone I would hire at all to work for my buisness.I waited over 40 mins for a cheese pie.

The food has always been superb. Unfortunately this occasion I asked for no mayonnaise. What did I get. Mayonnaise everywhere. I jus happen to be on a strict diet, and Mayo is out of the question. For a $13-$14 dollar sandwich you would like to have it as ordered. Pease get the orders right.
Calamari was excellent.. I reiterated, for these prices the orders have to be spot on.

I order a slice of pizza and a salad I order the same salad everyday and this girl Mia who answered the phone is rude and took down the order wrong then put the wrong ticket on the bag I got the wrong food after waiting 1hour 30 mins and now 2 hours later I get the food and it’s wrong again no extra chicken and crusting I can not eat those the delivery guy was so nice and respectful now 2 hours later I just got my food thanks to the manager never order when Mia is there or answers the phone she is completely irresponsible

One of my favorite pizza spots to go to. I used to live closer, but moved away from their zone and my husband and I still go back here to get their square pizza. It's our go to spot when we want really good pizza and fresh salads. We have had the wings and paninis before and both were okay overall, but not the best.

I called 2 in a half hours ago and they still didn’t deliver my pizza then I called and told them my pizza hasn’t came in 2 hours and they gave me an attitude saying they are delivering it rn and the pizza is cold
Ordered an Italian combo with some thing taken off I asked for no prosciutto no letteus no tomatoes or dressed i didnt ask no salami no pepperoni in which i wanted it hense why i ordered that sandwich it is on the menu both one I have and the one they just handed me they said they don't use any of that any more telling me I have an old menu not happy they should have said that what have have and don't who ever ya giving your order too will never order from them again not worth what I paid for not getting what I ordered lunch meat is bad sticking slimmy smells

We were at NFA for a sports event on Sat around noon. A local mom recommended this place and I’m glad we went. We got a Greek salad, garlic knots and two pizzas- everything was AMAZING. We got in and out in less than an hour, having a relaxing meal.

I always order from Lucas for years I have. I've always gotten the grilled chicken avocado panini and salad it's my go to bc the combination is amazing. I always tip the driver big when food is being delivered; And even though my brother in law told me to stop eating from here I didn't bc I love this sandwich. Nobody else makes it like they do. BUT over the past several weeks I have been told 3 different prices for delivery fees. At first it was over $10 ok no problem then it was it has to be over $15 now today it's $20. You want to charge a delivery fee and ask for a tip for the driver ????? Um absolutely not! I order from here at least twice a week bc I work long hours and get home too late to cook. I even have my coworkers place large orders during the day to be delivered and the driver walks away with at least 10 or more in tip money. After ordering from here for almost 10 years I think I'll just move on. I'm beyond disappointed!
