“I'm stranded in New York and this McDonald's has been a beacon of hope in my darkest hour. The staff here are amazing and so helpful and understanding despite my appearance. I haven't showered in days, my hair is a mess, I've been wearing the sane clothes for 4 days. They always let me use the restroom and help me with my orders no matter how small. The person who I want to thank the most is Jeimy Rios. She always treats me with the upmost respect and courtesy. I'm trying to get into an addiction treatment center while I sell my house and I'm stuck in limbo right now because I can't enter the program while I'm in the middle of this transaction since it requires my attention and direction. Being able to charge my phone and access to Wifi are integral to my success and without Jeimys help I wouldn't be able to do either. I can cry right now that there are people in this world like her. She needs a serious raise in salary because if you don't keep her, someone else will take advantage of your stupidity and snatch her up from under you. I'm a job recruiter for nearly 25 years and when I see talent of her caliber it's like stiking gold. But in her case, it's a diamond mine. Good luck holding on to her.“
“The poor kid that was there seemed to be working the window and counter by himself. Never got his name but he deserves a raise doing all the work alone. This rating is honestly for him. Haven't had a lot of issues there but he's the reason I felt a need to post a rating. I really hope next time I see him there I hear he isn't still stuck doing that.“

The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. I enjoyed my favorite meal, and the food was fresh and delicious, just as I expected. Overall, it was a great visit, and I left satisfied and happy. I highly recommend this McDonald's for a quick and enjoyable meal!
