There is usually people who wait by the drive thru at this mcdonalds asking for money. The food is somehow always cold and stale. I told them my fries were cold and they took them, im pretty sure they put them in the fryer to heat them up because they came out tasteless and hard.

4 employees refused to let me and my daughter use the bathroom at 530pm during dinner rush bc it was being cleaned. After making a fuss, and spending 50 dollars on food, they let me use the bathroom. They stood outside the stall and talked shit about me and called me names in front of my daughter while we used the bathroom. They wouldn't even let me close the bathroom door. disgusting, disgraceful people. I will NEVER return.
Had to ask for napkins and ketchup. Staff seems unhappy.

I'm stranded in New York and this McDonald's has been a beacon of hope in my darkest hour. The staff here are amazing and so helpful and understanding despite my appearance. I haven't showered in days, my hair is a mess, I've been wearing the sane clothes for 4 days. They always let me use the restroom and help me with my orders no matter how small. The person who I want to thank the most is Jeimy Rios. She always treats me with the upmost respect and courtesy. I'm trying to get into an addiction treatment center while I sell my house and I'm stuck in limbo right now because I can't enter the program while I'm in the middle of this transaction since it requires my attention and direction. Being able to charge my phone and access to Wifi are integral to my success and without Jeimys help I wouldn't be able to do either. I can cry right now that there are people in this world like her. She needs a serious raise in salary because if you don't keep her, someone else will take advantage of your stupidity and snatch her up from under you. I'm a job recruiter for nearly 25 years and when I see talent of her caliber it's like stiking gold. But in her case, it's a diamond mine. Good luck holding on to her.
