I never have an issue with this location, which is why I don’t check the bag prior to leaving. But, this time around I should have, I ordered and paid for four 6 piece nuggets and a large fry. The error was four 4 piece rather than the 6, there was no long line in or outside that would quantify it.

the girl on drive-through was very rude. They all seem miserable. She caught an attitude very fast and was rushing our order when we ordered two fish fillet meals. terrible never coming here again always seems like they have attitudes McDonald’s as a whole needs to get their customer service together

I don't know why anyone would eat in this place the food is poison I don't understand why people don't look up the quality of food before they put it in their mouth this has got to be the worst place on the planet that you could eat none of their food is real it's highly processed and full of chemicals So if you want diabetes keep eating there plus it's not cheap anymore for the price you pay there you could go to a real diner and get real food that's cooked not frozen or processed

Fast, fresh (fast food), friendly service. It was really clean when I was there… especially for a 24 hour.
In addition all staff was friendly enough for a bunch of kids that were doing multiple things at once. The reviews I have just glanced over really didn’t seem to be issues with McDonald’s but more of a personal issue. It’s McDonald’s off of the highway not a five star sit down restaurant. I would rather wait an extra minute for fresh fry’s and burger anyways. Just my 2 cents

This establishment I went there twice first time two sausage biscuits. They was very cold. Went back second time for the replacement the manager named Jason. He was rude. He replaced them. He kept the receipt the two that he replaced. They were cold half done. I told him he has no respect for men and women in uniform, United States army. He said he didn’t care if I even wants a civilian. That’s the way Mcdonald’s do things I’m like why unbelievable reach out wanted to speak with the GM. I was getting mixed stories that she’s in a meeting that she’s be there at 3:30 on no, November 5, 2025 what’s my second visit first visit was November 4, 2025. This is not a good place to even eat. I would never return to this place again this establishment and I would never recommend this to none of my family friends. Never this is the worst the worst the worst of all MacDonald that I ever eaten in no good bad I I would never return to this Mcdonald’s never not in this world not the one to come

Of all the McDonald's in the TriState area, this one is average. The service can be slow during the day. However, night shift is on point with speed and efficiency. The only service issues I have had is during the rush between 7:30am—9:00am and 11am—1pm... outside of that, it's a good location. My fries and sandwiches are always hot, and of the 20+ times I have gone to this location my order was messed up only one time. For fast food, that's actually a win.
