I had to use the kiosk to place my order...the kiosk won't take coupons though. So I had to wait for an employee in order to pay.

The drive thru menu doesn't work the woman told me that not in her control. I DON'T know their menu. I normally order a filet of fish, fry and tea small, if I'm forced to go to McDonald's. I can't have fish at this time so I told her I don't know the menu, she said oh sorry. I should have left but I ordered and wasted $9.10 on awful food. Then I heard a commercial saying there's a $5 meal special I could have had. Bad decision to stop at North Plank Rd McDonald's.

This place is a joke I order food for a child and it's was the wrong food for him and then u go up and ask them to fix it and want to charge me for the right one and then u ask to talk to a manager and they Laugh at you think it's a joke and still no manager they all need to be Fired and I will be calling top people

People are always nice here. Unfortunately this time coming here was unpleasant. Garbages were overflowing and the ketchup dispenser empty. Place was just not clean. Appeared manager was not paying any attention. Store was not even busy. *****Well a few years later this place really cleaned up its act. I actually thought it was awesome.****

The poor kid that was there seemed to be working the window and counter by himself. Never got his name but he deserves a raise doing all the work alone. This rating is honestly for him. Haven't had a lot of issues there but he's the reason I felt a need to post a rating. I really hope next time I see him there I hear he isn't still stuck doing that.
