Loved my lunch here! Got the Leatherman sandwich (fried chicken) and it was delish!! Generous portion sizes, super friendly service. Call ahead for a reservation just in case. It was packed when we got there for Sunday brunch. And on that note, there were several large groups there, and it's a small space so be prepared for it to be loud

Love, love this place. One of the few grass-fed burger options around town. They do an incredible gluten-free bread in place of bun that is out of this world. I crave their food. Just delicious and reasonable for the quality your getting. Must check it out. Eat in or take it home. It's worth it.

One of the best stops on our trip through the Hudson River Valley. Great, small, local restaurant in the heart of Newburgh. We had a large party and were seated immediately. Chicken & waffles, steak, Pad Thai, salads, calamari - it was all delicious. Great spot with great service and worth a slight drive off the highway.

I’ve come for breakfast, brunch, dinner and cocktails and every time we come, everything we order is on point! The only place in Newburg I’m confident to bring people to. Just be aware of the area is a bit sketchy.

I've been supporting Liberty Street businesses for quite a few years. This is the first time I was able to get into Mrs. FAIRFAX at a table. I already knew their specialty cocktails were delicious. We were a table of 4. We were greeted immediately. We were able to order from either the brunch side or the lunch side of the menu. I never turn down homemade hash, and don't lie to me, I can spot the canned stuff instantly. Well, the chef did not disappoint. I had the brisket hash served under 3 eggs and mixed in with roasted potatoes. It was delicious. My husband had a little bit of everything. He had the breakfast slam. My friends had an omelet and the crispy chicken sandwich with jalapeños and pickles on a brioche bun. They at first forgot his fries but rectified the situation quickly. The service was excellent. They worked as a team with at least 2 different servers checking in on us. I'm excited to go back and try their dinner menu. If you're in Newburgh, check them out. Try and make reservations. We didn't and were lucky. It filled up quickly at 1pm, and they had people waiting for tables. In the winter, they have limited seating but in warm months they have outside tables.

8 of us went for Sunday Brunch . Had a Wonderful experience. The food was excellent service from Autumn our server outstanding as well as delicious mixed drinks from the bar. Loved the City feel to the place, small and cozy. Looking forward to going back for dinner.
Parking: Municipal Parking lot around back short walk but ample space
The brisket hash, with the smoky habanero hot sauce, may be the best breakfast I have ever eaten.

It is so sad how Ms. Fairfax has fallen apart under its new ownership. Waited an hour for a caesar salad in a restaurant with one occupied table on a Friday at 7pm. When I got home and opened the order, they had given me the wrong thing.
