Such a cute place in Newburgh for brunch! We love dining here. Great city vibe atmosphere and wonderful customer service. Frankly some of the best chicken and waffles I’ve ever had!!! These came off the menu but the manager was kind of enough to make sure we got to enjoy this dish again. Hopefully, this plate makes it back on the menu!!!

Looking for a place that vegans, pescatarians, lacto-ovo vegetarians, and omnivores can get a great meal? You found it!!! I have been several times to Ms. Fairfax on my own and recently our office got lunch here. Every single person RAVED about their meals. We're talking people had gluten free salmon (lox) sammy's to burgers to salads. Personally I love their vegan wrap, sandwich, the pearly bowl, and the chicken and waffles. It's an adorable local spot in Newburgh that I think everyone should try. Highly recommend!!!

I am a very regular customer who also happens to be on a strict plant based diet. There are very few vegan items on the menu which is fine. I came in today for lunch and one of the only vegan options was not on their brunch menu and they informed me that they were unable to make it and accommodate me, even though it was only an hour before they switched to their dinner menu which this item is on. This is super disappointing considering how much Newburgh businesses need to keep regular customers

Pad Thai was absolutely flavorful and service was so sweet! Would definitely recommend if you're ever in New Burgh looking for a lunch break with a sweet mix of cozy and modern vibes!

Great restaurant and staff but vegans be a little cautious. On two separate occasions I ordered an impossible or beyond burger and I was served a real beef burger. Thankfully I always check my food before I eat especially if it's a restaurant that isn't completely vegan. Other than they they're great! The fries are some of my favorite in Newburgh!

great food, great service. just their tables are so close together that we had to sit at the bar twice. not sure if I'd visit with a foursome due to seating.

Three of us decided to go to Ms. Fairfax on short notice right before dinner on a Sunday. Just to make sure we called ahead and even though there were no tables available to book online, they were able to find a spot and hold a table for us!The place is quaint and cozy and we were seated right away. The server was very attentive and helpful. We ordered some drinks while we decided on our meals. My wife always got the "Purple Pixie" but now her new go-to is "Rosemary's Baby"...a spicy tequila and berry concoction with a kick of spice. Definitely recommend. We ordered the Lumberjack (chicken sando), Chicken and Waffles and an Impossible Burger. The Lumberjack was very complex with picked onions, cucumber and a very subtle aioli on the softest bun ever. Oh, by the way, DO NOT SKIP THE FRIES...you will hate yourself if you don't get them and someone else at the table does. Trust me.According to my son (a teenager) the waffles from the chicken and waffles were the best he ever had. I tried them too and will agree (as someone who has eaten A LOT more waffles in 50 years than the 17 year old) that they were some of the best I've ever tasted too! Don't forget to use the siracha syrup...it makes the dish. Finally my wife's burger was equally great. Well prepared, soft bun, yummy fries, super-savory onions and mushrooms as well. Oh, the bun was gluten-free too and she said she almost couldn't tell! Not too many small places with a succinct menu like this can offer a full meal that's vegan and gluten-free.Overall, a wonderful, tasty, relaxing meal with great service and few yummy drinks to top it off! Ms. Fairfax is on our rotation of go-to places in the area and it should be on yours too!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bun available. Other GF options. Vegan/vegetarian options as well.Parking: Parking sometimes free, depends on day of week and time of day.Wheelchair accessibility: It's a small place but at ground level.

Chicken. And. Waffles. Stop reading and just order it. Amazing! I was born and raised in the south and this is probably the best chicken and waffles I’ve ever had. Great job. Nice calm atmosphere. We went for brunch and got a BOGO mimosa, a regular and a prickly pear. Delicious! Then a Cobb salad and the chicken and waffles. The Cobb was solid and you know how I feel about the other ?! Great experience all around. Definitely worth a visit.

It's fairly rare that we find a spot where we both love our entrees, but the pork chop and kale salad w/chicken were excellent. And then the Nutella w/banana desert was so good we're still talking about it the next day! Nice vibe and service as well....a very safe bet for a quality meal.

The food was out of this world delicious. The egg sandwich was a 10!! Everything we ordered was a 10!! We could eat their food everyday...it was that good. Our thanks and kudos to the chef. Can't wait to go back! We shared 2 desert crepes which were decadent and delicious ?. Telling everyone we know about this charming place.

This place gets high marks because of an early negative impression of a dish. The dish in question was the pulled pork sandwich. Upon receiving it I was initially disappointed, thinking, "This thing is going to fall apart..." But, wait! I was wrong! It did not fall apart. To my surprise and delight, it held up.It's one of those small things that says a lot. The dish was tested. There is a really good quality control system here. There are very knowledgeable, hard-working people working behind the scene to ensure that guests have a positive experience. And it shows. Well done.

Placed an order at 12:30.After 10 minutes we arrived at this establishment and decided to eat our order on the spot. The order was supposed to be ready by 13:00.We waited a long time for our order, until 13:20The waitress refused to bring our order out on a tray.We asked again because... there was free space in the hall and we decided to eat on the spot. But all the same, the waitress refused our request and said that our order would be taken out in take-out boxes. The burger is not salty at all.The potatoes are too salty. The soup is okay.
