I would give them no stars I could, my cousin ordered sancocho via door dash and instead of calling to let her know they didn’t have it they sent chicken soup, when she called and to let them know. The woman’s response was that’s the only soup I have. So my cousin requested a refund because that’s not what she ordered. The woman response was are you going to bring my back the soup so I give you a refund ? She said sure she drove there to find out they closed early due to the snow storm. Terrible customer service, you would think they would try to recover their mistake. Will not be ordering from here , see pictures attached of the so called sancocho.

Honestly I love the food of my people no doubt about that but for a plate 20$ for arroz con gandules an oxtail that makes sense but for it to be so bad so dry that couldn’t even finish it an to top it off the girl working seemed upset when I asked her how much each plate was smh I’ll pray for ya God Bless but never again

I was incredibly dissatisfied with my order. It was my first time trying food from this establishment. I ordered a sandwich and was charged for it, but when I called to ask about the missing item, the store representative tried to tell me that I never ordered it. She then proceeded to argue with me over the phone instead of trying to resolve the issue. After standing my ground and finally hanging up, they eventually refunded my money. Completely unprofessional behavior and zero accountability. DO NOT ORDER from this place.

2 oxtails for $16 , even though the food is good, clean restaurant, I want more for my money. Just sad. They even give little chicken too for high prices

Inconsistent. Food is always great but extremely inconsistent in portion size, and it's not cheap. I order the same thing every time, a family combo, which usually comes in a large container. However occasionally they'll give me a small/medium. When I question it, I'm told that's how it always is. Definitely not true and not worth the $40 for one meal if that was the case. Otherwise food always taste great.

Food is Great but costumer service is the worse! The way they serve food to go, is horrible. Beans throw on the rice without asking if I wanted them on the side. Then doesn’t follow instructions well. Had to ask multiple times for the same thing. The young lady behind the counter is definitely Spanish and FYI, I speak English & Spanish.

The service at this location sucks don’t know what the problem seems to be, but every single time that I have ordered tostones and they give me a medium to large order they’re very stingy on giving the Mojito that goes to it the chubby girl behind counter They only wanna give you one tiny little cup. which doesn’t even amount to anything because it’s not enough for even 6 to 7 tostones every time you ask oh you can only get one Doesn’t even matter if you make a bigger order, they still give you one and I get constant excuses all the time food isn’t that great but the service sucks
