I hope they get heating and a barrier between the outside and the inside of the restaurant. I fear going there in the winter. The waiter never came and we left after 20 mins. Sadly we did not have the food because it does look great. Im Sure if they hire more staff and fix the temperature problem they will be better off. Coming back in the spring when it isn’t cold and trying the food

We were a large group, different tkts, with kids and families....the server did amazing with getting all our soups, drinks, and spring rolls correct!!! The soups were delish and everything came out quickly!! The only suggestion would be to provide larger portions of bean sprouts, Thai basil and limes. Other then that it was excellent! We'll be back!!
Service is good, food is above average. However, if you sit near the door, it could be very cold. Also the waiting time between you order and get food is quite long. We waited about half an hour to get our noodle

Took the family to New Saigon PHO VN today had a great meal, with good service. The food was great we tried a variety of dishes , soups and sandwiches all were fresh and tasty. Definitely planning to go backs and try other items. And for 5 adults it was just under a hundred 💯$$ bucks. Not bad for good food.
Got takeout the first time. Friendly front staff. Food was horrible. Absolutely no flavor and a mountain of vermicelli. The shrimp in my daughter's dishes was dry and tasteless. Can't justify going back unfortunately. .

There is a foul smell in the establishment. Although the pho wasn’t bad, I’ve had better in the area. I will not return because in my opinion the odor is somehow correlated to uncleanliness
