Noches de Colombia in Newburgh brought the flavors of Colombia to life with their FILETE EMPANIZADO A LA COLOMBIANA, and let me tell you—it was 🔥! The breaded filet was perfectly golden and crispy, locking in the juiciest, most tender bite of fish I’ve had in a long time. The seasoning was balanced beautifully, with just the right hint of Colombian spices that elevated the dish without overpowering it.
