Ordered online today and got a text saying my order was ready. I ran in to get my order and it wasn’t on the shelf. I headed over to the pickup counter and the manager asked if I needed help. After explaining the text and food not being there she quickly looked for my order. While she was looking I ran out to turn off my truck and as I was headed in the door there was the manager again with my order and a big smile! I love their soups. Unfortunately like everyone else their portions have shrank a lot. Plus they need to turn up the warmer mode before serving. Soup is supposed to be hot not warm.
Antwone was super helpful with a last minute catering order for pick up within two hours. This meant the world to our family considering the circumstances it was needed for. He went above and beyond. Thank you again for your kindness. And as always, we love this Panera location and their sandwiches.
