This is my go to location, everyone is great, they do what they are told and they are good at it. However, the #noplainbaglespanera didn’t have plain bagels yesterday or today 6/11/25 and the reason for today is they have a catering order that took all the plain bagels, I am not an expert but when you have a catering order you don’t use your daily stock, you ask the overnight baker to make extra, in this case, plain bagels. So for today don’t order any plain bagels, because #noplainbaglespanera don’t have it.
Please fix/update your mobile app to reflect what we can or can’t order.

I had the tiniest sandwich ever. I ate it but left Hungry, coffee is good place is clean, friendly employees sadly the portion for the price is not worth it.

Ordered a green caprese sandwich with tuna and when I received it, it was soaking wet with tuna all over the place and barely any greens. When I called to complain the manager was ok with just saying it was a mistake and they can't do anything about it. Everything is super expensive nowadays to just waste money on food. Next time this location in Newburgh needs to do better and check all meals before they are sent out.

First of all ,the restaurant is filthy. There’s garbage all over the floor. I ordered on the automated system. It took 20 minutes for me to get my soup and sandwich and another 5 to 10 minutes (only after inquiring) for me to get my iced coffee. My soup was cold. I went up to the counter with it and asked an employee to please reheat it. The girl looked at me, shrugged, and then walked away. I then proceeded to go to the front where you order to ask for a "to go" container, explaining that my soup is cold, that I asked for it to be heated up and the employee I had asked to reheat it just walked away from me. I was provided with the "to go" container, but no explanation or apology. So, I spent over $20 on a cold lunch that I now have to take home and heat up my self! Never coming here ever again!

I hear ppl like their soups, so I went with the most basic soup to give them a try, I bought a chicken soup, for $9 the soup was small, no biggie, at least the quality is good right? WRONG! The soup itself was OK, but it had NO chicken!! It had 1 small bit of chicken skin, and particles of chicken! Unreal!! You can probably get better chicken soup at a gas station . Was I unlucky? Maybe? But for $9 I rather get a soup from one of these Spanish places where they give you a decent portion and get SOME actual chicken in my chicken soup!! 👎

Web orders are almost never ready, and when they are, they are always short-staffed to help you get your order. Prices have also gotten too high for what you get. It won't be surprising if this company goes out of business like all other food establishments.
No ice for your iced coffee, I just paid $25 for cold coffee and a breakfast sandwich.
