This is a really high quality Panera. The food was very good compared to some other Panera’s. It’s very clear the manager is doing a great job, he checked on our table and was cleaning up as well, and it made a huge difference. Great stop.

I brought the Blackbean soup! Loved it!!My son was not feeling well so I stopped in for soup, got him the chicken noodle soup! Got thumbs up on that one too. The manager was very nice and understanding. I was confused with their menu. He was patient and explained it all. The person who took my order was very understanding and patient too. Great experience for a 1st timer.

Order a grilled cheese and it sat out to go cold before someone even looked to wrapping it up. Price was outrageous for the size of a cup you receive. Will never go back!!!!

To the amazing beautiful Bri working at the register, you are killing it! I love coming to this Panera,The staff is always kind and Bri always greets me with a warm hug. I Never had a bad experience at this location, even when it's busy! Remember, Bri is a keeper!

I purchased new sandwich French ciabatta Dipper was not good. There was very little steak more bread than meat and dipper was so watered down...came home ate with my own homemade gravy with onions was better. I have considered during these troubling times to hault buying sandwiches and make my own homemade. WHERE'S THE MEAT!....

Two consecutive visits I had to wait 10+ minutes for an empty cup for a rapid pick up order at this location. Staff are slow moving and disinterested in doing more than walking around gripping a rag. I've never had a Panera experience that led to me refusing to go back to a specific location, but if they can't even be bothered put an empty cup on the rapid pick up shelf, I'd hate to imagine what it would be like if I was trying to obtain a meal at this establishment.

I have been a superfan of Panera since it evolved from Au Bon Pain, my first job. My fav was the Mozz Tomato Pesto, then the Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich. After being acquired by JAB Holdings in 2017- they have gone down hill. Officially done now that the recipes have been bastardized beyond goodness to increase profits for JAB business who who need to buy more empty homes. RIP Panera 🙏

We ordered online through my girlfriend's app and the service was abominable we waited near the line for multiple minutes after our order was apparently ready according to the app and were completely ignored by the staff. After a couple minutes we decided to finally ask if our order was in fact ready and after some very nasty looks our order was produced from the same counter we were asking from and apparently had been sitting there the entire time. I used to work at Panera and I've always enjoyed their food but the service at this particular location makes me never want to return again someone should definitely speak to the cashiers and the service staff working the counters as they have zero customer service skills and were exceptionally rude even giving us nasty looks simply for waiting for food that we paid $70 for totally unacceptable.
We went to Panera Newburgh NY today September 25 2025 at 3:55 PM. I asked for a Swiss cheese and turkey sandwich toasted on chibatta bread. I asked for just an American cheese sandwich same bread toasted no meat. The girl Jocelynn reads back my order. I said no that's not what I asked for. I repeated it all over again. And she reads it back wrong. After the 4th try she finally gets it right. So we wait and guess what!!! The order is wrong. I get what she repeated to me. Do the guy takes my husbands sandwich and fixed it and toast it. I get my sandwich with cheddar and spices !!! Red peppers. I go back he takes it and bring me the same wrong sandwich. I said that's not it. How hard is it to make a cheese sandwich toasted!!! He takes it back after the 4th try I finally get to eat. It was a mess. I told the girl you got my order wrong she didnt really care

When did Panera change their menu to from a full salad to the size of a side salad for the price of a full salad. $18 for this? Yep -- not going here again.
