This is my go to location, everyone is great, they do what they are told and they are good at it. However, the #noplainbaglespanera didn’t have plain bagels yesterday or today 6/11/25 and the reason for today is they have a catering order that took all the plain bagels, I am not an expert but when you have a catering order you don’t use your daily stock, you ask the overnight baker to make extra, in this case, plain bagels. Newburgh Panera is always great. They make my food, including the optional changes, correct every single time. Turkey Bacon Bravo with added caramelized onions is *chef kiss* perfect.
I placed a rapid order and it was missing some ingredients. I contacted the manager, Amanda, who was wonderfully and refreshingly sweet and apologetic. Not only did she remake me the sandwich but also offered me a drink or something else for the inconvenience. She was super sweet the entire time on the phone and even in person. Well, the remake of the sandwich was also missing an ingredient and she was once again, super sweet with no hint of annoyance in her voice or demeanor....
