Upon picking my order up I was told that it has been handed out. So, I asked to speak to the manager and she refused to speak to me at all. Then after arguing with me she said she'd remake it. Extremely rude unaccommodating and lack of professionalism! These people need customer service training. Not to metion Perkins unorganized.Save your money and go to IHOP OR DENNYS!

I met a group of friends for breakfast recently. Bobby Sue was our waitress and she was wonderful. She was super friendly and quick to bring anything we asked for. Our food was ready very quickly and was tasty. We will be back again soon.
I work for Madison Square Garden and deal with Customers all night long. Bobbie Sue is the kind of person I want on my team. Not only is she pleasant and professional, but she acknowledged us while being super busy. I am a picky person and always request substitutions. Bobbi Sue was patient and extremely accommodating. The best service I have had in a while. I live 40 minutes away and I will come back just to see her.
