We ordered food online a little after 5pm and we're informed that we would receive our pizza by 620. At 640 we called the pizzeria because the delivery service, Toast, was not responding. We were informed then that the Pizza was picked up 40 minutes ago. The delivery person finally showed up at around 715. My wife said the Pizza was ice cold and didn't want the pizza. The women threw the Pizza at my wife. We called the pizzeria and spoke to the manager and informed him what happened and all he kept saying was that we needed to call the delivery company. While on the phone we were informed that another Pizza was ordered. We informed him to cancel that Pizza but our debit card was already charged for both pizzas. A total of $55 was charged and never refunded. Our next step is to get the police involved.
The Manager texted me to apologize for what we went through. She offered us a free pizza and informed me that they were talking to the delivery company.
My wife and I decided to give them a chance to rectify the situation so we took them up on the free pizza but decided to eat in and not take a chance with delivery.
We were pleasantly surprised with a Sicilian pie and a free drink for both of us. Of course there was aplenty of pizza left to take home. As we were leaving, Nino, gave us a free canolli to take home.
They went above and beyond to make a bad situation right and for that, I say, THANK YOU!!!
They have earned our patronage again.

This place has gone downhill. The pizza used to be pretty good. Now it's not. I asked for my pie well done and they burnt the bottom and the top (that should've been well done), was soggy.
I specifically told them to leave it in another minute when they think it's done. They took it out early. Most pizza shops I've told this to would've came out just the way I like it.
They have the heat/cooking options on their oven all screwed up. I've ordered hundreds and hundreds of pies well done and never had them burn the bottom while the top was uncooked.
The flavor was quite lousy compared to what it was. The point of them not doing what I asked was wrong. On top of that, the employee was even trying to argue with me about how I had the pie cooked. If I'm paying for something, I should get it exactly how I like it. I don't need to hear some employee mouthing off to me about how to cook a pizza the way I want it.
Avoid this place like the covid vaccine.

Had very low expectations going in, but we found the pizza to be quite good. It doesn't look very good, but the taste was there.

I made it a point to try several different slices before posting. Firstly, let me apologize to anyone that went to this pizzeria based upon someone's rave .that they were using it as a comparative to some.bronx or Brooklyn slice they had as a kid. NOT EVEN CLOSE! My first warning was the dried out slices behind the glass. No I didn't order those. Second red flag, too much oil dripping off every slice I ordered. True, there can be some oil separation from the cheese when the oven temperature is too high, but its also a sign that there is a larger amount of oil in the cheese, a poorer and frequently cheaper costing cheese. Regular slice maybe on the run and as a.last resort, bacon chicken, too much oil, buffalo chicken, best of the 3, in a very odd way that I can quite put my finger on. About average cost for specialty slice, wouldn't go out of my way and.no where near being the best. Sorry, not sorry

I got the chicken caesar wrap, turns out it is a hot dish which caused the lettuce to get wilted. This should be a cold wrap.
