Never have experienced such rude customer service! Don’t recommend, there’s plenty of places with good pizza!

first time experience wasn’t pleased. Me and my boyfriend ordered pizza and garlic knots & it wasn’t delightful. At first we wasn’t even properly greeted by the staff, there was barely any customer service. Everyone was just talking to eachother, giving us looks. This place was not welcoming to my young beautiful couples. We ordered garlic knots and they came out quicker than the pizza and they were raw. Definitely a disappointment. Manager/ Lady upfront that was the cashier was very unprofessional and so was the other 4 girls. 2 on the bigger side and 2 on the skinner side. Like i said i won’t be back!!!

My experience there was horrible there. Their not service dog friendly I was there celebrating my nephews birthday who was super excited we were welcomed and sat for lunch After being serviced their day manager was so rude she walked over and scream your dog not allowed in our dinning room next time you can sit in the front of the restaurant I said excuse me he’s a service dog you sat us saw us come in now it’s an issue NYs law does not allow this behavior. I was super disgusted and embarrassed she made my newphew upset on his birthday we were their celebrating for lunch never again don’t go here their rude and we expected great service

Over the past year, I’ve spent hundreds—if not thousands—of dollars at this restaurant, consistently ordering and recommending it to others. Unfortunately, that ends today.
My recent experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered two vodka penne dishes with grilled chicken, which included an $11 upcharge, yet the chicken was missing entirely. The sauce was unusually oily and lacked the quality and consistency I’ve come to expect from this establishment.
Worse still, the peanut butter pie—which has been a regular favorite in our household—arrived moldy on our previous order. When we called to address this serious food safety issue, the response was dismissive. Because we had ordered through a third-party platform, we were told there was essentially nothing they could do. Rather than taking responsibility for the product served under their name, the issue was brushed off.
As a long-time loyal customer, I’m truly disappointed by both the decline in food quality and the lack of accountability. This experience has made it clear that it’s time to move on. I won’t be returning.

This restaurant has a problem with Uber Eats orders being stolen, as we have unfortunately experienced now TWICE in the past month. First time, half of our order arrived (entire pizza was missing). Second time (last night) I waited nearly two hours as the driver kept changing. Finally, a driver arrived at the restaurant and called to inform me that half the order had already been picked up. The person at the restaurant refused to speak to me on the phone about it and was being extremely rude to the Uber driver, who was just trying to help and resolve the situation. It was found the first half of my order was stolen. Why did Pizza Shop allow half of an order to go out? I understand the restaurant cannot control what happens with the Uber drivers, but after having this frustrating experience TWO TIMES it inevitably reflects poorly on the establishment. We will not be dining here, ordering from here, or recommending this restaurant to anyone!!!
The place was as great as the food. Ashley our waitress was attentive sweet and very intuitive to our needs. She anticipated everything before we asked.I recommend the pizza ,atmosphere and the amazing view of the river. Wonderful family enviiornment. 5
