Pilot is so great! It's such a large gas station/rest center - it's like your normal gas station plus it even has an option to take showers here if you need to! Plus it has a Cinnabon here! Honestly when you're on the road what more could you need?
This place is amazing, if you're an interstate trucker. Even if you're, not it's like a mini-mall. It's got: I Love NY souvenirs, record keeping books, all sorts of electronic devices, clothes, foods, gifts, showers, clean bathrooms, fresh coffee and Cinnabon, you name it. The staff comes over to ask if they can "Help you" and they mean it. They're very helpful, well-informed, and professional. Next-door is an Arby's. This place is AWESOME !! The staff that runs it are remarkable !!! Mike & the Woman who helped us out with our parking spot !! Amazing !! Above & beyond! So efficient & pleasant !!! What a great crew !!! Will definitely stop on our return trip !!
