this shop is a joke, took an hour an a half to get one large pizza, that wasn't even hot. found out after calling back that the driver have 4 delivers in a row so I guessing everyone's order was cold. wish that was it but there's more, I order a supreme pizza and got a pepperoni. when I called back they said they don't do supreme pizzas....I recommend anywhere else. God Damn I should have went to taco bell!! p.s the pizza sucks too

The pizza remains excellent and I have visited Primo's once or twice per month since my last review. Tonight I brought my family and the order included tax. Huh? I've never been charged tax here. The tax on our $16.50 order was exactly $1bringing the total to $17.50. Clearly that could not be correct since sales tax on $16.50 is $1.35 in Newburgh. I think the owner erred on the total and blamed it on phantom sales tax. Nonetheless, I pad the wrong amount and the owner would not fix it so this was my last visit to Primo's. Sad to see you go folks. J&F will be my new go to spot.

FORCED TO PAY FOR BAD FOOD! On March 4, 2015, one of my organizations had a meeting there. I ordered a Veal dish. I tried it. It was bad Veal! They probably don't sell much; therefore the foul taste! Leo said I still had to pay because I ate more than half. I did NOT! I threw the $20.00 at him and left. I paid for a BAD meal and got sick that night!!! Looking back, I should have just walked out! Hey, it could have happened to you too! Normally, they had decent food but this was a first for me in my 60+ years!!! Paying for BAD food??? I returned last night [7/1/15] to drop off an envelope to someone in my organization. The waitress came over and said, "The boss said you have to leave if you don't order anything"! With an "offer" like that, how could I order anything? I'd be afraid what's in it! Be advised that my group and I have been patronizing Primo's since Day 1! So much for Customer Service!

This place is worth a visit. They have big portions for affordable prices. Always well organized and with good mood. Will come visit again.
