The portions are pretty modest, but the food is so good. Homemade kimchi and dumplings were amazing. Feels like yours dining as someone’s house.

The owner is so nice, she does everything, she cooks, waits, serves, everything. But she is so good at it. The food is amazing! I had the pork Ramen and some kimchi dumplings. So good!

The other reviews are good, so went here hoping to eat some great food. Unfortunately is was terrible. The only employee working was not very friendly. And after ordering 5 dishes at $24 a pop all I heard was a microwave. Hoping I was wrong I gave the dish a try. As I suspected it was still cold in places because it was reheated in the microwave. The rice smelled like mold. I hate to hurt small businesses but the aftermath of dining here for a family of five has been nothing but bad. Lastly, please be a bit more kind to the only customers that you probably had all day. We held the door open for a family member who is handicapped and she was super rude about it. It’s not very handicapped accessible in the first place. I’m sure an official ADA complaint would be something difficult to spring back from. So please educate yourself of this law. We will never be back.

A gem in Newburgh. Every item on the menu is made with care, and absolutely delicious. And it’s all a one-woman show.

Like walking into mom’s kitchen. The owner is so kind, and she just knows what you need.
Small establishment with outdoor courtyard in warmer months.
If you ever just need a place to rest your soul, and some nourishment; you have arrived.
Vegetarian options: Adequate selection for vegetarians
Parking: Located on corner of Liberty St in the city of Newburgh. Main road requires metered parking, and side roads are free.
Kid-friendliness: Small establishment, but the owner is kind and warm.

kimchi dumplings and bibimbap...only like 8 items on the chalkboard menu. Walking in with a few choice decorations and what seemed like a grandma's aged owner and cook...you know you found the right place for some authentic Korean cuisine. We were there as the 1st guests and too cold to eat outside but the food was on point and atmosphere was cute.

We had such a great experience dining here last night. The woman working the store is so warm and inviting, you can tell she takes a lot of pride in her cooking and her establishment. We had the seaweed rolls, tofu pot, and bulgogi and each dish was so delicious. The seaweed rolls were so unique, savory, and crispy. Bulgogi was cooked perfectly. The tofu pot was fantastic as well. The broth was fermented and the tofu delicate. Would highly recommend anyone in the area to come dine in and enjoy this woman’s food. It feels like she is a loving grandmother inviting you into her home for a meal. A++
