This place is so eclectic. Plus the food is very good! We went for brunch on a Sunday. There was live music, Debbie was very nice and mellow. They have fast courteous service. The portions are a decent size. Everything I've tried at The Silk Factory has been consistently delicious. Enjoy!

Top notch - grown and sexy, well-managed and the bartender Diyanni, is the world's greatest! Her Mojitos are the best I've tasted, and I've been to Cuba, lived in Miami and make them at home... she worth a wonderful tip!

Silk Factory mixes a vibe of “cool” with a mix of eclectic elegance yet so down to earth. The staff is unbelievably attentive and courteous. The chef creates delicious meals with exciting presentation. My friends and I frequent this awesome restaurant frequently. It’s an excellent spot for a girls brunch, as well as, a date night. Love it, love it, love it!!! A hidden jewel in Newburgh, NY!!!

Horrible reservation line. Trying to reserve Valentine’s Day seats. Phone numbers bounce you back and forth. Say their normal hours are 9-4 daily but nobody ever answers the phone. Don’t need this. Plenty of other venues. Cant even reserve seats for dinner. What a joke.

This eclectic place is a beautiful example of an old school night club complete with the antique tables lamps and couch’s. Such an interesting place and so different from any place we have been and the food was all delicious. Can’t wait to go back and experience more items on their menu. Hope the chef has extra desserts that he shared with us today. Thank you chef. Delicious. Great job. Keep it up

Went to get a bite to eat last night. Service is terrible. Atmosphere was nice. The menu was smaller due to the show. Ordered salad and wraps. Food was ok. Service was awful. We had to ask for a menu, then waited forever for someone to take our order. Waited again a very long time for drinks to arrive after asking the server to check on the drinks. Waited again to find a server to pay. Considering the terrible service, they included an 18% gratuity which they did not earn. Overall a disappointment. Would like to see a show. Maybe that would be a better experience.

Went for dinner and a concert. The food was very good and the portions were very large. The hostess was very welcoming and attentive. Our waitress was very nice but not attentive. We would have ordered dessert and coffee but we were waiting so long to order a drink we were worried about making the concert on time. We also were not asked. It was not busy, which made it disappointing. The atmosphere is interesting and fun downstairs. It was freezing inside. The heat was not on when we touched the radiators. Considering it's the room people enter from we had to keep our coats on.
Upstairs is the concert area. It has 2 large screens on each side of the stage with ads for upcoming shows which stay on all night. The sound system is excellent! Absolutely no complaints from the guitarist and sound guy I was with. :) The venue staff was excellent. Bartenders, security, and other staff (including the hostess from downstairs) were all excellent. The chairs felt like sitting in a church pew or park bench, very uncomfortable.
Vegetarian options: During events there is a limited menu. They had salmon and a bean burger for main dish choices.
The food is outstanding and the portions are Large enough to feed several people.
