Great place to watch live bands with great seating but stay away from the food. Worst food I ever ate. This was upstairs while watching live band. Downstairs probably was better. Dry cold chicken wings with no marinade whatsoever. Fried chicken sandwich bread was stale and broke apart. It was a disaster to eat. Was very hungry. Should have returned everything. Don't buy the food. But excellent seating to watch live bands.

Ambiance was great, food was spectacular. Music was an entire Vibe during the Saturday brunch. Wish I had gotten to try the coconut drink but they were out of coconut. I really enjoyed and hope to return soon.

1. Kind host and server. 2. Super dry spare rib and watery macaroni & cheese entree that was supposed to be twice-baked according to the menu. 3. Fresh & delicious Caesar and side salads 4. Little fries were the highlight of the night. 5. Not-so-tasty Philly cheese steak 6. Dessert was a little mouse running around. That’s when it was time to go. The garage door was open so maybe it just ran in for a visit but I don’t want to see mice while I’m eating or ever, really.
We will not be returning!

I loved silk factory I think it was excellent. From the moment you walk in the ambiance is amazing so boho chic and reminds me so much of downtown Manhattan. Our server Chris was fantastic and didn't hesitate to go above and beyond when we asked for something. The food was excellent, I got the salmon and it was packed full of flavor. I know a lot of the reviews said the food took awhile, but we got there early and had no issues with it. This is definitely a must go, especially with the Hudson river down the street from the restaurant. The games around the restaurant are a good touch me and my husband loved that!

****Update*** STAY AWAY! I reached out as requested by Silk Factory so that they can make things right but they have not responded over 2 weeks now. I see that was a publicty stunt to win back customers after reading a bad review. Was planning all week to go here on a Saturday for brunch and when that Saturday came they posted they would be closed 2 hours before they were supposed to be open. Poor management we drive 30 mins to eat there for a first im not too sure ill be back.

Extremely cheap food and service, chai test like powder, matcha no hot enough, they don’t have all the items from the menu, We order two items and 20 minutes later said they do not have it, bad music, the bad service ever overall is the bad Restaurant me and my daughter went to

Great place for drinks & and dining. If you love tribute bands, this is the place to come to. Bring a sweater the AC in the concert room is a bit much. Have something that will warm you up. Performance was awesome. Price for tickets very reasonable. I highly recommend Silk Factory.

I attended a Freestyle concert with DJ Frankie Cutlass a few weeks ago and it was pretty Off The Hook for a club kid from the 80's who hadn't danced my butt off like that since the 80's. I go here all the time for Good Vibes and Capppucino's during the day. Chill vibes all around and always music playing ! Love My Silk Factory People !!!

The food is outstanding and the portions are Large enough to feed several people.
This place is so eclectic. Plus the food is very good! We went for brunch on a Sunday. There was live music, Debbie was very nice and mellow. They have fast courteous service. The portions are a decent size. Everything I've tried at The Silk Factory has been consistently delicious. Enjoy!
