My wife and I came here this past Sunday for brunch about an hour after they opened. Was a very busy we were immediately sat. My wife got a cappuccino and what look like a sausage egg and cheese with home fries. And I got an Americano coffee and the steak and eggs with home fries. My coffee came with a huge chip on the mug, and it was brewed so hot that the coffee was almost undrinkable cuz it was so bitter.. the food took awhile to come out but that wasn't really that big of a deal. The food however had absolutely no taste whatsoever.the home fries we're just fried diced potatoes with no seasoning no onions no peppers. My steak had zero seasoning as well. And my wife said that her sandwich had no taste not even the sausage she had to ask for ketchup to smother sandwich in to give it flavor. Really disappointing.The inside is really cool with all the antique chairs and tables and they even have live music however the table that we were set at was way too short. I'm I'm only 5'6 and my thighs were pushing up against the bottom of the table. They also had a live band playing. And although the band was good playing good music it was a little loud for 11:00 on a Sunday morning for brunch My wife and I were literally screaming at each other to have a conversation.the staff was friendly but that's about it. The food really let us down cuz we heard really good things about this place, but to be honest we could have gotten better tasting food from a place like Perkins or Denny's at least as far as the brunch menu was concerned.

All the staff is super awesome and attentive. My boyfriend loved everythingggg. The sweet potato and black bean soup was absolutely delicious and made fresh by the awesome chef who took time to come out and speak with us. Loved his Chipotle aioli that he makes fresh! And he brought us out a sampler plate of other sauces . Will definitely be returning thank youuuu!

Beautiful atmosphere, great service, very mediocre food with the exception of the coffee. The coffee was great! Very expensive meal for the quality. French toast with fruit compote was barely warm and dense, not at all fluffy and the compote was cold pears that were somewhere between fresh and canned. Had high hopes but not sure I would ever get there breakfast food again.... Might try dinner and drinks sometime.

Loved this place! Live music was great! Meal was very good, had the salmon, although too many super raw vegetables below it and no rice as the waitress described. RIesling wine was delish, but portion was unbelievably small; less than 1/4 of the wine glass, that is so much less than most restaurants. Staff could be more familiar with the menu. Overall I would go back.

The decor in this restaurant is very nice, vintage looking. You can look around and find so many hidden gems throughout. I ended up having french toast with bacon, which was very good, no complaints. My daughter had the steak and eggs and she said they were very good as well. My son-in-law had the chicken wrap and truffle fries. He said he didn't care for the truffle fries, but the wrap was excellent. We visited during the afternoon. The next time I will see what dinner tastes like.

I have been to Silk Factory for corporate events and most recently for a private dining experience. Overall I cannot say enough good things about this place,First, the venue is pretty cool. The space is open brick with cozy corners decorated to encourage lounging. It's very welcoming, interesting, and fun all that the same time. There is street and lot parking on site.Second, the food, it is delicious!! The menu keeps changing according to the season and the chef. We had perfectly seasoned and prepared flatbread, baba ganoush (two ways), salmon, and nutella pinwheels. We had paired wines and drinks that enhanced the meal.Third, the service was incredible. We had a wonderful interaction with the chef, his sommelier, and the events manager. I can't wait to come back to try more of the menu. Highly recommend.

Hip and cozy atmosphere with great live music, yummy drink specials, comfy couches and delicious vegan options! Went on a Thursday and saw the Fred Zeppelin band who was awesome. Was able to conveniently park right across the street in the church parking lot which allows parking at night. Really terrific space, looking forward to many returns!

First of all, I have absolutely no trouble parking here, as there is adequate street parking in addition to the lot. The atmosphere and food are amazing, and Chef Rob has a particular genius. The menu is varied and interesting and I've only had the most delicious selections here. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and they all seem to work well together, like a "family". (I liken them to the staff on the TV series "The Bear"!) Besides the regular menu, I've ordered Tapas items and Happy Hour items that were generous and scrumptious. A most important element for me is that, since I sometimes go out to eat alone, I feel safe as a woman alone, and I always seem to meet interesting people. I also get the sense that they are looking for new and innovative ideas to help the business grow and be even more attractive. And last but not least, I'm really hoping my daughter will choose The Silk Factory as her wedding venue! Seriously folks, check this place out!Dietary restrictions: The chef informed me that they keep separate "fires" for regular and gluten free selections, which is especially important to me as I have 2 aughters with celiac.

I cannot emphasize enough how much I loved my entire experience. From the minute we walked in to the minute we left! Everybody is so sweet and attentive! I wish I can provide names but it’s okay because I can already feel like everybody is happy there. We only intended to try happy hour but ended up getting other amazing gems. Our burger was made to temperature. The steak tacos were so juicy and flavorful. Our cocktails were made with love for sure! We tried this pomegranate gin fizz and the apricot mule! My favorite part was dessert. We got the Nutella rolls and OMG! We got to try the hummus and this chickpea salad that the chef sent out and WOW! I’m so happy we decided to come here.
