If you’re going to make a slushie, call it slushie king. Smoothies aren’t supposed to have ice you know. They should be made of only frozen fruit and liquid. My kid took 3 sips of her smoothie and was left with a ball of ice. Meaning all the flavoring came out in her sips, like a slushie. The consistency is supposed to be creamy. You aren’t supposed to be able to take a sip and literally crunch on it because of the ice. I get why the ice is added, but if it has to be added, ya gotta add waaaaaayy less.
Clean. Friendly service. Good smoothies. What else can you ask for?

Inconsistent smoothies, slow & horrible service, and attitudes from the little kids working there that are more concerned about smoking/dealing weèd outside than they are about working and making a paycheck. This is a convenient little smoothie shop but unfortunately it is ran like garbage. Half of the time they will forget you even ordered a Smoothie and will wander to the back, returning 15 minutes later asking what you were waiting on. Definitely need to retrain and/or rehire....

The staff at this particular Smoothie king is terrible! They are lazy except for the small Spanish girl that gets your order immediately! The staff all act like your bothering them to actually move. I place my order at 805a or 810a and it takes 15 minutes for them to even get started. The staff needs to be fired and bring in a more positive staff

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They're too busy trying to help their friends out than pay attention to the flow of business and have lazy attitudes when asked if they did or didn't add certain ingredients. Also, what is the point of using the app to save time when you still have to wait 10-15 minutes AND THEY STILL SCREW UP THE ORDER?! Im so done with this location. The last visit was the final straw when they not only screwed up my orders but could have killed someone with a sugar spike. DONE!

Some girl sweeping with headphones in saw me outside but ignored me this was 30 minutes prior to closing. Another employee saw me and carried out my smoothie.

This place has the worst customer service, you order online so your drink can be ready before you get there, right!? Wrong! You have to wait an additional 10 to 15 minutes, the workers all have an attitude and they ignore you the minute you enter the establishment and really don’t care about your experience. You’re better off just having a protein shake ready when you get out of the gym.

Horrible smoothie bowl. The consistency was like soup. Extremely slow service as well, waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru with only 1 car in front of me.
