I reviewed this place 5 years ago and gave in an absolute five star. The service time takes forever, and better yet seeing the employees fight in front of you while it takes forever to get your order done, makes it where I don't want to go and this has happened more than three times in a row. Absolute atrocious business. What happened?

I went to this store on Sunday Sept. 28, 2025 at around 730pm and the worker at this location was very unprofessional and refused to make our drinks, also called us hoodlums, just because my friends and I wanted 4 different orders. Told me that it was too much work and didn't want to take our cash money.

First of all, the wait has been increasing over the last few months. It can be 10 to 25 mins for a SMOOTHY! The worst experience was today when the employees asked my wife and 3 year old who is sick waiting to wait twice. Each time the wait was 10 minutes. Needless to say the whole thing took 45 minutes today and my wife was disrespected by the person at the window. Poor poor customer service!

Everytime I order the biggest size, is like they never put ice on the smoothie. Is like I'm literally drinking juice and definitely NOT a smoothie.

Fifteen minutes online to the drive through.When no one was in front of me. Pay for my smoothie flavor then, another Representative 4minutes later asks me to pay again. Don't understand how it takes fifteen minute waiting for a drink at the drive thru when there's no other customers

So disappointed I went in with the recognition that I was going in shortly before they closed, but did not expect to be treated so badly as soon as I came in the two ladies that were left in the store we’re making faces towards each other and looking at me and rolling their eyes when I went to the cashier, the young lady was reluctant to come to Take my order. I eventually ask is it OK if I place an order she replied well we’re closing in five minutes. I just need you to know that that’s when I stuttered to place my order cause I was unsure of what to do with that information as I am fully aware that they were closing. When I asked for açai bowl, she immediately looked at her coworker and rolled her eyes, as if is a disbelief that I’m placing something off their menu At that point, I was fully over the interaction and told them I’m aware that I’m coming when you guys are closing, but there’s no need to be rude to me at the end of the day. This is the time your store closes and it’s not yet that time and expressed to them how rude it was to be making faces towards each other at the moment I walked in. Overall, they were extremely rude, and I am so disappointed with my first interaction as smoothie King.

Girl at drive thru window was incredibly rude as we placed our order. Even though we were the only customers there, somehow she still seemed inconvenienced and annoyed. The entire time we placed our order, it was “what else?” after everything said and rushing us with no patience, just attitude. When we got to the window, she took our card, returned it, slammed the door and leaned against it, turning her back to us with her arms crossed. My boyfriend wanted to say something but I told him not to engage; let small people be small people. She opened the door saying nothing, shoved the smoothies at us with a dirty look and sarcastically said, “have a nice day” before slamming the door again. Didn’t even have a chance to say anything. Her coworker inside did try to give us a small smile at the time but the entire interaction was rough. No customer service whatsoever.

Drive through lady was not nice. No hello, thank you, or anything. Just an angry face and took my card and ran it then shut window in my face. No updates or anything. I just sat there and waited.

I recently decided to embark on my Smoothie King journey—especially intrigued by the new GLP-1 menu. I’ve been coming in consistently and ordering the same strawberry GLP-1 smoothie, occasionally asking for a simple fruit add-in.

To my surprise, I was met with resistance and attitude from the staff over a basic request. Instead of a helpful explanation, I ended up in a completely unnecessary debate. It’s frustrating and disappointing to be treated this way as a loyal, paying customer.

No matter how polite I am, I’m consistently met with poor attitudes from the staff. This isn’t just a one-time issue—it’s become the norm at this location. I plan on bringing this to the attention of management and will be speaking with the store manager and District Manager Drew about the unacceptable customer service.

Smoothie King should be a place where customers feel welcomed and supported in their health journey—not made to feel like a bother.
