Absolutely disgusted with this location an absolutely horrible service , Spanish girl with dark hair had a very nasty attitude when I asked for more details on the menu item, then as I sit waiting for my smoothie I hear her telling another employee dark skin female short an skinny that she shouldn’t even have to go into detail about what I am already ordering then proceeded to say she would spit in my drink . Absolutely horrible horrible experience . I asked to speak to the manger white female late 20s about what I had to deal with and she told me no I miss understood because her employees aren’t like that . How could you tell me what I witnessed as a customer it’s very sad and disappointing .

Best shakes and smoothies in town. Pretty much everything is A plus plus, except I took a star off for the constant high turnover rate with their employees. Seems like nobody stays longer than a month, two at most. Definitely recommend.

Love smoothie king but it says they close at 9. I tried placing a pick up order at 8:30 it didn't go through so I went got there at 8:40 and they were closed ?

I love this place and their rewards program is actually really decent, quite often I get $2-$3 coupons off. I appreciate that they're not stingy with giving back. The people that work there are always cheerful and respectful. The smoothies are always delicious. I love that the gladiator has a great amount of protein, while still tasting great. The only thing I wish they had was Kiwi! The kale & Kiwi smoothies be hitting! I have had ONE bad experience where it tasted like it was 95% ice and slush, I only realized upon getting home...The other time a smoothie didn't taste right at all but they remade it.
They now have a variety of smoothie bowls! You have the choice of either an açaí or pitaya base, and of course you always have the option of customizing your order. For my first smoothie bowl I chose the Go Go Goji Crunch bowl right off their menu. It has an açaí base, and it's topped with strawberries, blueberries, granola and honey. Who knew that would be such a delicious combination? I truly enjoyed it, and I'll be back to try the others. And again, service was quick and helpful.

They’re slow and the smoothies taste as if they don’t know what they’re doing. I ordered a Hulk and Gladiator, both taste like strawberries and water. Maybe they were just having a bad day.

Best Smoothie King in the surrounding area, between middletown, fishkill, wappingers and poughkeepsie, this location is the best, they always get the smoothie to perfection. Staff are friendly and know how to make a good smoothie.
