Got introduced to this fun location through Harvest Hosts. Very nice place just down the street from the Woodbury Outlets. They've got a fun vibe in their bar which is in a very nicely restored barn. We enjoyed their drink choices and walked away with a tasty bottle of Blood Orange Old Fashion Bourbon. Matt and Jen were super friendly hosts! RV Parking was easy and level in their sizable lot.

This place is legit. Go now so that you can say you knew them before they went National. This is the next Buffalo Trace. Smooth, complex and made with passion. This is a world-class distillery.

Spirits Lab has some awesome spirits (vodka, bourbon) and premixed drinks. These premade drinks are not like you buy in your local liquor store. They are 38 proof and made with the finest ingredients (juices, etc.). I had the privilege of sampling them at Saratoga race track and thought they were phenomenal. The owners, Matt and his wife (Jenn?) were friendly and caring and that is reflected in their product. I also sampled their vodka and it was perhaps the smoothest I've ever had. Even though I live in NJ, I will be traveling to Newburgh, NY to stock up on their products. Thanks again Matt!!!

My wife and I love this place. So very friendly and the cocktails are amazing. My ONLY criticism are the hours. Thursday is usually date night for us but by the time we get the kids squared away you are already closed. We made it in just in time on a Friday for one, so we usually are forced to wait for the weekend. If were open later on Thursday it would be so awesome (Friday too). Otherwise we love your place and can't wait till farm spot opens

Wonderful stop during the MLK weekend with out of town friends, and it’s local. Hostess was professional, witty and made us feel welcomed. Drinks were amazing. Bought 3 bottles and will definitely keep rotating my supplies. Great outing to share with others.
I love this place the staff is super friendly as well as the owners, I'm always greeted with a smile and we always strike up conversation as if we were old friends. I love all the drinks i especially love the John Daley and the Rose lemonade. The environment is so warm and welcoming and great products

The place is open.....I went to inquire about the establishment.....I was met with much attitude....green guy with ragged beard was very rude....then closed and locked the door in my face....I frequent the establishments around Newburgh.....I want it to prosper....I own property in the city.....this place struck me as a bit racist....prejudice to black faces...
