I love that there's a Starbucks inside my local Target, however, it's never staffed! Last time I went, the only cashier on duty (for Target) had to keep running over to the Starbucks counter, and there were long lines of angry customers at both! I felt horrible for the woman, she was doing her best and it's a shame that she was being worked so hard.

I ordered a decaf hot latte, but unfortunately, it was made with caramel syrup. I politely informed the girl who took and made my order about the mistake, and she remade the drink for me without an apology. While I appreciate having my order corrected, a simple apology would have improved the experience.

This evening I stopped by target specifically just for a Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino. I don’t normally stop here for Starbucks but decided to tonight! I AM SO GLAD I DID! The two young ladies working were absolutely WONDERFUL!!! My Mocha Frappuccino HAS NEVER TASTED SO INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS!!! I will be going to this Starbucks from now on!!!

Your staff has everything turned off right now and no one up front at the counter at all. You're supposed to be open til 8pm. Hire people that actually want to work and you'll get more business.

i walked in and saw one of the workers their yelling at everyone and slamming things everywhere, she slammed my drinks on the counter too and they where made wrong.

I absolutely loved being there, great service, they’re quick and very friendly! I got along with all the baristas there. I’m definitely making this my regular starbucks. I ordered my regular and this store by far always gets it right every single time!

Is it common practice for your employees to curse in front of a 3 year old? That and to place our lids next to trash? 6:21pm 10/21/23 My wife and I will not be back at that location.

Service is very poor, the baristas focus on online order and not to the in store customers.. waited like 10/15 for a drink at 7:30 am and this is my second time at this location and dealt with the same experience. Not to mention even to take your order is a wait and there is never a line.
