I’m really disappointed with my recent visit. My frappe was completely liquid, the hot coffee was barely lukewarm, and the food tasted off. For the price, I expect better quality and consistency. This experience was honestly terrible, and I hope this location improves their standards.

Honestly with so many Starbucks being kind of a hit or miss and some staff seeming overworked and stressed which makes the customer stressed I kind of avoid Starbucks. But when I come to this location, Isaiah makes me feel so much more chill. Like a real coffee shop, lol now Starbucks used to be. Starbucks please hire more staff and when you do, hire lore Isaiah’s !

This place has to be the worst in having anything ready when you order online wait 15 minutes for an order they have the rudest people working here maybe star bucks should hire people that actually want to do ther job 8 people working here and can't get decent service Dunkin here I come 🙄

Service isn’t consistent at this location. It shouldn’t take more than 10-20 minutes for one or two lattes with only 2 other cars in the drive thru. I’m genuinely confused why this location is so slow. Employees are nice but service is soooo slow. This is not the location for quick service.

Ordered a cup of milk and an oatmeal this morning. There was no line inside the store when I entered and my order was taken almost immediately. Though the staff was friendly, I don't know why that could have possibly taken over 10 minutes to prepare? Waiting was making me late for an appointment and I left after 12 minutes without getting my food. What a waste of money.

The energy at Starbucks today was incredible from the barista with the glasses. He was super friendly to the Nice ladies behind the counter thank you for my cup. That says “you are a superstar” that made my day.

I had a disappointing experience today. I placed two separate orders:

1. Coffee and a chocolate croissant

2. A cheese danish

At pickup, I was only given the coffee and the cheese danish. I had to explain that I made two orders. After some confusion, they eventually handed me a croissant. However, once I left, I realized it was a plain croissant instead of the chocolate one I ordered.

This lack of attention to detail was frustrating. I expected better service and accuracy. Hopefully, this was just an isolated mistake and not a regular occurrence.
