The energy at Starbucks today was incredible from the barista with the glasses. He was super friendly to the Nice ladies behind the counter thank you for my cup. That says “you are a superstar” that made my day.

I had a disappointing experience today. I placed two separate orders:
1. Coffee and a chocolate croissant
2. A cheese danish
At pickup, I was only given the coffee and the cheese danish. I had to explain that I made two orders. After some confusion, they eventually handed me a croissant. However, once I left, I realized it was a plain croissant instead of the chocolate one I ordered.
This lack of attention to detail was frustrating. I expected better service and accuracy. Hopefully, this was just an isolated mistake and not a regular occurrence.

I order a Matcha Latte hot with coconut milk, 2 scoops of Matcha and 1 classic. Always seems like they dont follow the instructions and the matcha gets thick over time. This is the only place that this happens. Stopped going because its never what I'm expecting.

There was a female white with blonde hair on her 40 glasses ponytail I stranded waiting for my coffee and I was admiring all the diferent things that had and she scream at at me (how can I help you) I feel very offended. She said why I was looking around. Which I also was checking if my coffee was ready I had a shirt with a Spanish flag I felt attack racially. She haves a tattoo in back of her neck if you ever bump with her attitude please report her to the manager.the manager was very nice this review is for the store on 300 and 17 k

AMAZING STAFF… i’m only writing this review because the baristas are honestly so kind,warm & welcoming. yes the service might take a little while, but I rather quality over quantity. I can’t even say specific barista’s names because they’re all so kind and warm. I drop in whenever I’m in the area and it’s always a welcome feeling. I was just there and even a subtle hello with a smile made the rest of my morning. keep it up & they always make my drink on point.
