Flying J across the street was full, so I parked behind this little Diner with a bunch of other Commercial Drivers. Decided to give it a try. Had the Salisbury Steak Special. Came with a salad, choice of sides. I had corn and a baked potato. I'm from the Midwest and have never had Salisbury steak with a tomato based gravy. I went there this evening for dinner. My server suggested the Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and it was phenomenal! My server, Dana B. , was outstanding! Very friendly and extremely good at her job. She had several tables and no one had to wait for her!
Old School Mom & PoP type diner so you the foods good & freshly made with that homemade flavor. Not too many places let you eat & park a truck there overnight, I hope other drivers that park there give the diner their business instead of the PILOT across the street. This is one of those places that you save in the back of your mind and come back to you whenever I'm passing by through ... Excellent prices and great portions.A+ ?
