They used to be frozen yogurt with probiotics..now it is frozen yogurt with artificial flavors...you think you are eating healthy ice cream but u are not My daughter wanted a waffle cone...IT WAS RUBBER AND STALE!!! Do not buy. They also charged me $6.00 for just the cone...no ice cream in it!!! When I called they woman that answered said "ok".. OK that's it? They have gone downhill..the quality and the service. Toppings may be smaller but it is always good.

Love this location!! my favorite employee is so sweet and kind always helpful and always working extra hard to take care of the customers!! She keeps the place clean after a rush and I have seen her work so hard in the middle of chaos. I will keep up going to Newburgh location thanks to Rachel !!!

The young girl behind the counter named Emily was amazingly helpful and kind. Great place.
Ordered online two times on different days and they were unable to fulfill the order. Unfortunately they don’t explain the reason and cancel it. Instead of telling you right away they wait 30 mins after to tell you the order is cancelled. Poor service.

I’ve been coming to Sweet Frog for years. One of my favorite places to take my kids when we want ice cream. The soft serve is delicious and I love all the different options that are available!

Whoever is running and managing this store is completely clueless about promotions. I got a text from sweet frog about “no weigh Wednesday” to get a small cup for $5. The “manager” was arguing over me about how it was a 5off deal lol I’m like it literally says NO WEIGH small cup for $5. She said “yeah it’s misleading wording, it’s really 5$ off” ….. yeah no. She just has poor comprehension skills and wouldn’t let me talk. Finally a cashier was able to put in the correct promo price but the so called manager was super rude and clueless. Didn’t even apologize for being wrong and causing a scene. I. never have any issues at the Middletown location. They also hide the sample cups to taste the yogurt behind the counter so be sure to ask :)
