For a chain restaurant I had an amazing time. The food was delicious. The staff was so timely and accommodating. They were helpful with their suggestions and recommendations. We had Tom help us and he was amazing! I would eat again!

Great time for us as we celebrated a birthday. Manager Tom and his staff, Casey, Yolanda and Mike went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. Food was on point, restaurant and bathrooms were clean and serviced and staff and patrons all seemed to be having fun.
I hadn't been to this location in a few years as we had a terrible experience prior. Today, the staff won us back. The food quality has improved immensely and the staff/management was engaged. HUGE difference from the last time we were here. Glad to see TGIF in Newburgh on the up and up!

Great food, amazing service! Veronica kept my drinks filled and was always on top of anything we needed! We were sat, with cocktails, and an appetizer in 15 minutes. Food came out correctly and piping hot. I had the Whiskey Glazed Ribs with mashed potatoes and veg and it was absolutely finger licking good ! My partner loved their chicken sandwich equally as much ! Ended the night with a signature brownie sundae as the cherry on top!! What an awesome night ! Would definitely recommend 10/10!

I was traveling through on business last week ended up eating here twice that week. Price is very reasonable but the customer service was outstanding. I had a waitress named Kasey I believe and she did an outstanding job. She made me and my co worker feel right at home and was able to joke around after a stressful day at the office. Highly recommend this place.

Came to eat with my girlfriend after work at 11:30pm. They close at 1am but after waiting in the front for the host for 10 minutes, we were told that the kitchen closes in 15 mins. Told us if we wanted to eat make it quick. We ended up leaving instead. While walking out we ran into two different parties pulling up to dine in as well. We saved them from wasting their time and told them that they were closing two hours early. Sad how lazy people don’t want to work to make money!!
I have to compliment TGI FRIDAYS on their amazing onion rings! All of our orders were good, but if you like onion rings..

Someone came out 10 minutes later, and said it was just finishing and then disappeared for another 20 when he came back he had the audacity to tell me he’s never seen me before this place needs to be shut down it’s not even, people are waiting at the door unattended to sit down

Went today at 430p. Walked in, Noone greeted. Sat at the bar. Read the menus. Noone was working. Seemed closed. 445p I walked out. 1 table in the bar area said, there was someone actually working and they were open. Horrible. Still on the walk out Noone at host stand or anyone working the floor etc. Won't go back and went to chili's were I was greeted and served
