Very fun place with great cocktails, snacks and atmosphere. We happened to go on a night there was a high school reunion going on so the inside was quite busy with the party. I’d love to try again on an average night. We had a great time regardless. Just service was spread thin so it wasn’t quite as attentive as our time went on and we were left waiting for the check for too long.

Diyanni, the bartender, makes the best Mojotos in the area, without fail. They're the best anywhere I've been... Miami included! Her charm and positivity, make you feel like you're on vacation in Hawaii ?.

Stay away fro this place. What a rip off!! My lady and I went here for a drink last night. We both order a Pain killer. The drinks were served to us nearly empty and definitely no alcohol in them. We took our 2.5 sips of pineapple juice paid our $28 tab and went to another bar.

The restaurant is very beautiful and the atmosphere is nice . However this is not a place I would see myself going back too . The wait time for the food and drinks was well over an hour . Even when the food arrived it was cold and the drinks were watered down. to get a drink at the bar took 10 minutes. The staff was no where to be seen and it was impossible to get someone to help us.

A friend told us about this place after having visited a few weeks ago and told us to check it out, glad we did. Mary was so sweet and we loved the food and drink recommendations she made for us. Very festive decor can go dressed tiki and we plan to next time. Overall fun experience. Gotta try a Zombie if you go!

Music by Satin Dollz was the best part of the night! They got our drink wrong, no utensils, long wait for food, it rained and the roof leaked! Lol! Everyone has an off night, I guess.
One of my favorite places! The atmosphere is so relaxing and fun and all the staff are kind and efficient. They really do a great job here to make you feel like you're on vacation even if you're 10 minutes from home. Every time I come I get a different drink and something new to eat and I've yet to have something that I dislike. The presentation of all the drinks is always adorable too! It's my favorite place for a little me time or a date. I hope it'll be yours too!

Going to the waterfront is always an amazing experience. Jetset in theory is a good concept, after all, who doesn’t love a Tiki bar!! However, the only good thing, imho, is Mary the bartender. She is personable, attentive, quick and able to handle the thrust of customers.
Everything else in less then mediocre. The staff is a hodge podge of inexperienced hospitality and customer service servers. There is no welcoming feeling when you want inside. The “seat yourself” feels cold and is personally a turn off. The menu is all over the place. The experience is definitely rough around the edges and doesn’t really hold true to a tiki brand. The staff needs to be more personable and polished. The pool table is a nice addition, but again no one really knows about it. The decor is fun, but the staff needs to be more hand in hand with the mission.
We’ve only gone back when Mary is working and specifically requested she wait on us. Overall, the restaurant just has a strange vibe.

Overall really disappointing. Beautiful location and great concept but service and quality were lacking. Got charged for an item we ordered but was told they were out of, our waiter only came over when we flagged him down, waited 30 minutes for a round of drinks on 3 different occasions , food was akin to grocery store frozen goodies. Like I said the location was beautiful and maybe I would go back for that, but there are other locations on the water front that are worth the $200 you’ll spend
