Love it, wings are always perfectly cooked and they have good flavors. Yes, they do take a while but they're understaffed just like every other fast food place right now. I always order ahead on the app and it's usually ready by the time I arrive. Left out one star because the fries tend to be hit-or-miss. Sometimes they're good, sometimes they're soggy. Otherwise, pretty great!

Waited 45 minutes for cold wings. Asked for a refund. Was given an attitude and no one could figure out how to refund. So disappointing.

First and last time at wing stop. Service was slow. Staff was wearing masks below nose and not wearing gloves. Back and forth from food and register. One staff came from bathroom out to touch my food with bare hands. When I received my food fries were soggy and chicken was cold and soggy. Not sure why it was cold since I stood there 25 mins while they cooked it. Not good food at all, what a disappointment. I recommend Buffalo Wild Wings or Planet wings instead. This place was dirty unorganized and awful.

Newbie-- Walked and most staff was on cell phone , definitely not a good look.. Cashier who took my order was polite and professional .. if you order in-house prepare to wait atleast 20 mins.. All in all food was dayum good and that Ranch dip was like whoa .. 4 stars on the play.. ( 1st time at a Wingstop)

first time here and the cashier was very polite and explained the menu and combos. so i ordered three types of wings, and fries and soda. food came fast and it was alright, the wings were pretty good, maybe not as BBWs, but a good meal and cheap too.

I understand that this is a new location and they may be still working out the service kinks but my wings took forever to come out. The wings were decent, I ordered half parmesan garlic and half original hot wings. The parmesan garlic might as well just been plain wings but the hot wings were pretty good.

Very disappointed, I have been to other wingstop locations and when ordering a bulk pack with various flavors they are usually separated, that was not the case here and when I asked which were which they seemed confused. The amounts for each flavor were wrong as well. This is the third time we have order from here, I thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt because they were new, but like baseball 3 strikes and your out.

Best wings around for a quick bite to eat. We ordered online and they forgot part of our order but when I brought it to their attention they were quick to fix it even though they were very busy and they even gave us some free brownies to make it up to us.

The only good thing I have to say about wingstop is the bathroom was clean. We had to wait 20 minutes for our wings and when we got them they gave us bone in rather than boneless. I would strongly suggest emphasizing how you want your wings. Very disappointed.

Well we decided to try Newburgh's newest fast food place. Wait, did I say fast? Let me explain. The ordering area is small and with distancing, etc, it is difficult to really see the menu. (A piece of advice, check out the menu on line before hand so you know what you want). Anyway we ordered the meal for 2. After we ordered we stood to side to wait and wait and wait. Some people had ordered on-line and they got their orders pretty fast. They did screw up someone's order. Finally after 35 minutes they gave us an order. When we got to the car and checked, it wasn't ours. So then we took the wrong order, threw it out, and still we waited. (For some reason they put names on the bags. Our bag already had a name on it, but we knew that it was ok because the guy wanted his order put in 2 bags.) So after 45 minutes we finally got the correct order. Since we ordered 2 different flavors they were both crammed in the same box. The wings were good, but the french fries were limp and mediocre at best. It will be awhile before we go again.

Even tho it was the second week I was very very disappointed I walked in an ordered 24 wings and fries ended up waiting 45 min the person in front of me waited an hour and was late to work the staff prioritized. Grub hub orders over the people Who came in there must be a balance ! The wing flavors were not as nice as BWW I personally would not go again !
