Great happy hour spot. Drinks were excellent, as was the food. More low-key during happy hour.

Made a delivery order. Shrimp fajitas were very well prepared with a ton of shrimp! The corn tortillas were homemade and delicious. Guacamole was fresh and delicious. The side of refried beans was really tasty. Finally, you should get the pineapple upside down cake for dessert as it is very good. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Went here with some friends had a nice time. I like that they have hookah
They are the best. The wait staff, the bartenders, the owners family, the people, everything about this place is amazing. The birria is phenomenal, the drinks are good. I love this place been coming for years

The service was terrible at the bar, its my second time coming here and the bartender wearing glasses and blonde highlights was looking at her phone all the time I can’t even get her attention to give me another round of drinks when the bar was EMPTY.

Started off with chips and salsa. Nothing special about it. Cold chips and salsa. Took 40 minutes to show up. Main dish was chicken enchiladas. Dish looked very nice. But the food wasn’t very warm and the dish was just very soggy overall. Not sure if they didn’t have enough servers. But took over 2 hours for 2 people to eat. Menu says 18% gratuity for parties 4+. But yet it was on my bill. I asked nicely about it and was told 18% is mandatory on every table. There’s also a 3% credit card fee. Just overall wasn’t the best experience for 90 bucks for 2 people eat. The place does look nice and seems to have a nice bar atmosphere if you’re into that.

The food was decent. But… Management was very dismissive. After I ordered food and several beverages, I was told by management to find another seat, in which the manager did not find me another accommodation. Unfortunately, this lack of hospitality was disrespectful and I will not visit again.

I ordered takeout and the food was terrible. I had the Bistec Azteca with Cilantro Lime Rice and refried beans. The beans were spoiled the sauce was salty and nasty the rice had way too much lime and the cheese on the steak made no sense. The veggies were steeped in salty sauce so I couldn’t even eat them. The steak was tough and flavorless. I feel like chef Ramsey critiquing the food but it was god awful. Hopefully Din-In is better but I will not be returning

Been here a couple times, the food is a hit or miss. The customer service is horrible and for that I won’t return again and waste my time. It looks nice in there though & I realized if you’re of Latin decent, you’ll get preferential treatment. It’s a 4/10 for me and that’s only based on the atmosphere.
Tulum has a beautiful ambience, wonderful food and great hospitality!
The food, service, and atmosphere were all five star but I only rated it four stars because they automatically added a 15% gratuity. People should tip as they see fit for the situation and not be forced into a "tax". I still gave the waitress more than the 15% "tax" but it would have been even more had they let me do it my way.

Food was undercooked, very low effort and took extremely long to come out. Waitress gets upset when you send food back.
