The server was very nice and cool. and the food is amazing.The only thing I didn't like, it was the 3% fee by paying with debit/credit. I pay $250 for a party of a 5, and you still want to charge me extra for paying with a card?

The Carnitas tacos were pre cooked from another day, I could tell it was microwaved. Ordered agua de horchata definitely was not worth the money. They gave me a small size water cup, charged $5 just for that. That's ridiculous. Will NOT be coming back!

As I mentioned in my last post Tulum has really good food ! I went there 2x times in one week lol. If you are new to this page I love tacos ! Their tacos are amazing! I had the steak and shrimp tacos, and would love to try the other options they had on the menu when I return. The ambiance, food and Service of the place is 5 stars. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. My favorite drinks from there by far are the shots. Upon entering the restaurant, the music was incredibly loud. Couldn't hear what the people in my group were saying. Music was eventually turned down. The food was okay once received. It wasn't busy, and it took an exceptionally long time to receive our food. Waitress was attentive, but we will not return here.

We went here for my friend's birthday and we had a reservation. The inside was nice and they had a menu with her name on it and the preset menu. However, that was the extent of the good for this review. The service was extremely slowwwww, we waited almost 50 minutes for food, even for a preset menu and when i mentioned this the server stated they also had another party to tend to. If they cannot accommodate more than once party at a time that should be advised.I didn't order more than the calamari because the wait was so long. But i tasted the steak taco a day it was under seasoned on a very bland tortilla.When the bill came gratuity was already applied and it was way more than our server deserved since we barely saw her and she did not try to keep us up to speed on the wait. They can use some additional training on customer service adequate. The least she could have done was be present and provide updates on the food. Additionally, I asked for the owner to follow up with me to discuss this feedback and I have no received a call.

We went as large group of 23 guests for a Celebration . It took over an hour and half for our food to come out. One person was serving all the food and taking the orders . Mind you this was a planned event with a pre-set menu . Not only were they short staffed but didn't follow a typical pre-set menu . Typically everyone at the table gets everything on the menu and you are to choose one main course . We all got chips & salsa but you had to ask for the salad or dessert if you wanted it . The food was good but not worth the wait . They do not accommodate large groups very well ! This is a place for a solo date or even just a few friends but they are not staffed for large GROUPS. So please be weary when booking. The steak tacos were disgusting. No flavor no marinade . Just the cheapest cut of meat . The salsa was good and shrimp tacos .
