Waitress doesn't pay attention served the food without cutlery, I ordered a club beer and there was a piece of glass that I almost swallowed, I took it out of my mouth! After informing the waitress she just laughed and took it off the table, and the best part was that she added the tip to the check without asking first, after asking for the receipt 2 times was when we realized, I'm a regular customer but that's unacceptable.
