I placed a mobile order for a baconator double, medium fries and a natural lemonade. Upon picking up my order in the drive through @ 4:00 pm on 12/31/2025 I asked for 1 packet of honey mustard and the very snippy girl at the drive thru window was like” you need to pay for the honey mustard if you want it”. I told her that” it’s ridiculous to ask me to pay for honey mustard on $15 order”. She was like “oh well I’m not giving it to you if you don’t pay”. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked for ketchup packets. Upon opening my baconator I observe red that the bacon was not even cooked, you can clearly see its still raw which is unacceptable, I do not need to get sick because the employees at this location want to be negligent; this is the last time I order from this Wendy’s.

Came for the new chicken tender offer only to be served something that had been sitting on the warmer for a good few minutes. My fries were stale and when I went to ask for some fresh ones I was given attitude. The advertisement did their job, the customer service and food preparation was not there.

My friend and I ordered lunch to go, and we had the nicest manager take our order! Her name was Blanca and she was so kind. Would come again just to say hello.
Stopped by for a quick lunch. Service excellent and attention to detail from the staff. Clean and courtesy is always a good combination.

This Wendy's is always a great place. Everytime I stop, its fresh, fast, and everyone is kind. My order hasn't been wrong in the years I've been going here. Wonderful team that work hard in a rough industry. This morning Claudine was super helpful and kind to us. She went above and beyond in a small but noticable way. After driving 5 hours and being stuck in traffic from Jersey, she made the day a little better with her attitude and how helpful she was.

My family and I decided to stop at this Wendy's to get both food and something to drink. We went inside, knowing that Wendy's has the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, and we wanted to make sure we got the correct mix of flavors for our drink. When I entered, I was pleasantly surprised to have no line to wait in. The associate greeted me, and was very patient while I fumbled through my order. At one point I did ask to start over, but they couldn't do so without managerial approval. The food came out almost immediately, which was nice. The Freestyle machine did not have one of the flavors I was expecting, but we made do. Overall, the food was very tasty, the drinks cold and fizzy. This Wendy's is good for a quick stop-in. Can't say whether it would be as quick during a lunch rush or not, but for my trip, I was met with a pleasant experience.
