Stopped in this morning. Only waited a brief moment. Who I would assume was a supervisor yelled to the back to have “Shelby” come assist me at the counter. Shelby was really nice and made my order quickly and accurately. Didn’t think it was that necessary for the other lady to yell for her in the tone of voice that she did. Maybe she was having a bad morning who knows.

Stopped on the way back to Lockport. Bagels with cream cheese were cold. Waited 15 minutes at the drive thru for 2 cappuccinos and unfortunately didn't taste them until we had pulled out. (A line of cars formed behind us that I couldn't see the end of) What we got was 2 coffees with creamer. They were awful and we don't don't even drink coffee. I should have gone back but I was not getting back in that line nor going in. What a waste of money. Will never go back there again.

Stopped here today at about 3:30pm seen atleast 3 workers that just keep walking around I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and not a one of them came to take my order there was one other person waiting at counter also that was there before I got there she already placed her order and was just waiting she told me she was just waiting for a black coffee she was still there when I left I ended up just walking out of the place

I really enjoy the croissants here and the morning staff is lovely and always kind no matter how busy it can be. The supervisors, Karen and Krista, are always very kind and friendly, and they make good food and are sure to deal with customer complaints in a good manner.

Other than the lady Manager, who was very courteous and friendly, you could not say the same about the young staff who are a joke with no courtesy and no people skills at all.
