Other than the lady Manager, who was very courteous and friendly, you could not say the same about the young staff who are a joke with no courtesy and no people skills at all.

They are so slow in the morning and they don’t communicate and walk around like zombies the only one even trying to move quick is the young man all the girls just act like they don’t want to be here and are on there phones while there’s lines

Nautica took care of me up front. I asked her to please put half of my order in cash and the rest on card. She took the 5 dollars I gave her in cash as a tip instead of using it towards my purchase although I clearly stated it was not a tip and then charged me fully on my card and didn't even scan my app when asked so I didn't get my deal on my donuts either. I don't understand what was not made clear.

I ordered a ham and Swiss meal. Got it home, took a bite and realized there was no ham on the sandwich-just lettuce, cheese, and tomato. Ridiculous!

Haven't had a problem with the coffee yet one day I did see fruit flies in the display case but that was just once staff seemed certainly and like I said coffees been spot on so far every time I've ever gone which is up to about 15 to 20 times now

Has always been my favorite Tims. For the past several weeks, drive-thru is not being answered. Multiple times, at random times of the day, 5-10 minutes of standing and nobody takes order. Ive driven off several times. Maybe need to repair the alert system...

We went through the drive-thru, got to the window to pay, our order was $6.98. I gave the girl $7. She never gave me back the change. I asked if I gave her enough money, she said yeah there's two pennies and held them up. She then put them back on top of her register. I said I take it you're keeping my change, she said well, yeah! I told her thank you so much for asking me first. Since when do people keep other people's change? I realize it was just two pennies but it's the principal. Totally uncalled for.
