Stopped in this morning. Only waited a brief moment. Who I would assume was a supervisor yelled to the back to have “Shelby” come assist me at the counter. Shelby was really nice and made my order quickly and accurately. Didn’t think it was that necessary for the other lady to yell for her in the tone of voice that she did. Maybe she was having a bad morning who knows.
Let me tell you this is the best Tim Hortons in Niagara county. Everything is always perfect, nice and clean, fast service also very friendly. Kudos to the Manager at this store keeping the Tim Hortons greatness alive in WNY...
I really enjoy the croissants here and the morning staff is lovely and always kind no matter how busy it can be. The supervisors, Karen and Krista, are always very kind and friendly, and they make good food and are sure to deal with customer complaints in a good manner.
