By far the most affordable food in the airport but never worth it. I usually can't afford the other places. The staff routinely touch the food without gloves. They under cook the food very often. I have seen mice in the cooking area, which at the airport seems common not just to BK. Staff working the register have extremely thick accents that are hard to understand and, luckily, only occasionally put the order in wrong. They often don't follow instructions like no mayo on burgers. I have gotten food poisoning like symptoms from them 3 times in the last 6 months. I have seen Staff sitting on the prep counters and then make food on it without wiping it off. 0 care for food safety.

Waiting for my flight to Fort Lauderdale. Wanted to grab a quick lunch. I did not have to wait long in line. The three people working in the restaurant were very nice very professional and very polite. I give them even more credit for working on Easter Sunday.

Atrocious service, waited 20 minutes for 3 breakfast items while there was no line. The gal in the back was visible playing on her phone. We get our food and ask for our coffees which we ordered and were not presented, and then they realize they didn't brew any coffee this morning.About 5 minutes later we gave up and walked away.

Nobody in line besides me, 5 waundering loss souls behind counter, chit chatting about last night's adventures and they directed me to the kiosk to order my own food, what the heck is happening to our country when you go into a Burger King for a simple thing and they don't even want to take your order, they make you, which makes me feel like I'm working for free.... Your standard fast food chain with standard service. Nothing too special. One of the few options to grab food at the airport past security.

Have to give them kudos for decent breakfast. Open on Thanksgiving day, unlike all the other airport establishments. Food was fresh, tasty and not as expensive as all the other places where you'll have to drop minimum a Jackson for coffee sandwich and hash browns. Not here, only $9 for large everything. Inflation price, but still solid.

One of the only places to eat at the Albany Airport, this Burger King has some of the most inconvenient hours for travel. It is open only during 10 am - 6 pm each day so morning and evening flights are left with little to no options to eat at the airport.Due to this being one of the only options, the lines are very long despite the airport being mostly empty. On top of that, the management is incapable of running a smooth, functioning business. While I was there waiting for my order, I witnessed them lose 4 different people's order and have to ask for their receipts back to make the order. Then on top of that, I saw about 1/2 the people go back and complain their order was wrong. And the average wait time was almost 40 minutes (without any exaggeration). I have never seen a fast food joint run so poorly. Make sure you have at least an hour to wait for your food if you come here. I only ordered a 10 piece nugget and took me 35 min.
