Was the best airport food. I will be sure to eat before the airport.

Very dirty, tables not cleared, waitress very rude to others who sit at dirty tables, waitress moving slower than a snail for as just as they are, waited 20 minutes to at least get a drink. It never happened. I left and got Starbucks. Don’t go here unless you can sit at the bar which guarantees service.

Had a turkey club sandwich. It was a turkey sandwich very little turkey. The total sandwich was less than 2” thick. All for the low price of $18.95. Stop bye a fast food joint and then go there for a drink. Good drinks with great bartenders.

Quick lunch before flying out. Food wasn’t the greatest. The poutine was horrendous. Old fashioned was okay but the espresso martini was gross. The server looked like she hated her life and was not very friendly. Super slow and I noticed others were getting upset when she kept saying “I’ll be back in a couple minutes” but she said that to them like 3 times. Horrible experience I do not recommend.

The only redeeming parts of the hot chicken sandwich were the bun and that the chicken was fully cooked. The only flavor was the honey which wasn’t hot.

I asked for just the sandwich with no side and they wouldn’t make the adjustment (a side salad is a $5 up-charge) and the fries they served were bland, cold, and limp.

The waiter did chase me down for my water bottle I almost left behind, which I appreciate.

Our waitress started off friendly enough, but quickly unraveled. She openly spoke negatively about another waitress to the bartender, wouldn't check on our table despite nearly running into it as she passed by for other tables, and she made it a point to watch us sign the bill to see what her tip would be, all while audibly griping about it. To top it off, the food wasn't the best. The fries legitimately tasted like they had sat out on a counter since the previous day, my burger was overcooked and dry, and the chicken in my husband's buffalo wrap had a rubbery texture.
Overall just a poor experience.

Decent chicken wings, considering this is an airport restaurant

The bartender, Kristen, served us with a smile. Our drinks were very good, and the turkey club sandwich, with fries, was delicious.

I recently had a wonderful lunch at SILKS Saratoga Bistro and was thoroughly impressed. I ordered the Saratoga Chopped Salad, and it was truly incredible. The portion size was generous and very filling, packed with fresh and flavorful ingredients. I also added salmon to my salad, and it was cooked to absolute perfection – flaky, moist, and seasoned beautifully.
Beyond the excellent food, the service was outstanding. Our server was friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient, making the entire dining experience a pleasure. I highly recommend SILKS Saratoga Bistro and will definitely be returning, especially for that amazing Saratoga Chopped Salad!

I was searching for a healthy low carb breakfast option in Albany International Airport this morning and almost everything available were highly processed options or high in carbs. I even went to the airport store with souvenirs and magazines thinking I might just get something light like a cheese, crackers, and fruit box but it was ridiculously expense at $12 for a few slices of cheese and couple of crackers and a handful of blueberries and dried apricots. I finally though to go to Silks Saratoga Bistro, a sit down restaurant, and boy, they sure brighten my morning. First of all the waitress was so friendly, polite, and helpful, it was a delight to be there. I ended up ordering the BLT omelete and it was so delicious!! Since I didn't want any toast they offered grilled tomatoes instead. It turned out to be one of the most satisfying omletes I've had in a while. The plate was so nicely put together and the service was excellent. It maybe my goto option for airport meals in the future. I might have paid more overall for my breakfast, but all the ingredients were fresh and the experience was 100%. It was well worth it.

We stopped here for a light breakfast before catching our flight home, and it was a great choice. Our server was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. My husband and I shared an omelette and tater tots, which were perfect for a quick meal. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, and overall, it was a pleasant experience for breakfast.

The food is marginal, but that is because their corporate dictates the menu. The preparation locally is great and fast. The wait staff is top notch. Been going there for years.

Big yikes. Comfy cute atmosphere with a nice bar and pleasant staff but the food is terrible. I ordered the grilled chicken tacos listed under “showstoppers” on the menu and they sure stopped me from showing up again . You get maybe 5 pieces of frozen Tyson chicken on a dry tortilla with a dash of anything else - photo for reference. All for $18.99!

Decent wine selection though and very comfortable bar seats ??

I hope this finds management well, but,
Food is quite possibly the worst airport food I've ever had. I ordered the "Showstopper" parmesan chicken tenders. The French fries were hollow and dry. The chicken was all breading and completely dry on the inside, obviously low quality chicken for a $18.99/plate.
Service was good, friendly and polite.
Atmosphere was fine, nice view of outside, 20 person bar, plenty of tables.

If the quality of food improved I would have no problem eating here again. But after this meal I would not recommend this place.
Consumers shouldn't have to put up with this quality of food at an overtly inflated price point.
