I ordered some bbq and sides from Bernie's to feed family over the holidays and it was very good! Bbq ribs and smoked turkey were a huge hit. Garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, cornbread, biscuits were all very good. Will definitely order again from this establishment. People were very friendly and helpful.

I can't say enough good things about Bernie's Blue Line Barbeque! The brisket, the ribs and the pork were just delicious. The potato salad was the best I've ever had. The barbequed corn was fabulous, and something I never would have taken the trouble to prepare myself. The sauces, which are served on the side, so that people can add it to their liking, were yummy, especially the pineapple. Bernie (aka Jason) was responsive and so easy to work with. Just a win all around.

We didn’t get to have Bernie’s at our home so I picked up all the food and Jason gave me instructions for heating, it worked out perfectly. This is our 2nd time having onsite catering by Bernie's Blue Line BBQ. Jason definitely spent a lot of time in his art of BBQ and it shows. The meats are all tender and flavorful that it doesn't require any BBQ sauce. But his homemade sauce is also great, if you are feeling saucy. Defiently one of the top BBQ caterer within the region. Everyone loves the food and the decorations he does for the serving table. He also wraps the left overs for you which is appreciated. Highly recommend and will use for future events. Very friendly and easy to work with.
