The Ultimate Bakery (A&G)

Clean, kosher, and friendly staff. The prices are a little on the high side, but their cakes have never disappointed me. I will recommend this bakery to my family and friends. I will definitely be visiting this bakery many more times.

Used to be a good bakery but the ingredients and recipes have gone downhill since new management. Don’t get the rainbow cookies, they have zero flavor, not sure even there was even any almond paste in them at all. I would say you could probably get better rainbow cookies at Stop & Shop. We also bought a cheesecake and it was stale and dry. The cannolis are prefilled and were a bit soggy and the cream stale. This was over two different trips over a couple of weeks because I wanted to give them another shot since we’ve been going there for 13 years and it was always so good. I think the new managers are cutting too many corners while also increasing prices. We will not be going back and that’s a shame.

Went in for Mother’s day. Everything was fantastic! I got the Pignoli cookies, chocolate covered strawberries, berry tarts and rainbow cookies. Highly recommended. I couldn’t resist getting myself a Sfogliatella for breakfast and it was exactly what I hoped it would be. I will be returning for future events!

I found this place by looking on reddit for the best cake cake on long Island and it did not disappoint. The red velvet square and brownie were also amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful here and alot of parking

Been a customer for years and know the owners personally. Everything’s delicious and the service is amazing. I get all my familys’ birthday cakes from here. Would recommend to all my family and friends. 10/10

Been coming to this bakery 20+ years if anything has changed it’s the beautiful bakery it self. The rainbow cookies and cannolis will always be my family’s favorite. I bought my granddaughter’s cake here a few weeks ago and everyone loved it. New owner is very nice and keeping tradition from what I heard. Still my favorite bakery on Long Island.
