Lovely little place - Very clean and kind workers. Bubble tea was so good!

Didn't have a good experience, I needed the restroom after purchasing a drink and they told me there is no bathroom which is not legal in Suffolk county if you have seating. Health inspector should be reported but i'd rather not add more stress to a small business ---- just do better

My child and I had a lovely mother-daughter outing, and we enjoyed some delicious boba and dumplings.

I’ve been coming here for a couple months and the drinks are consistently well made! i got a matcha coffee latte with bubbles and it was sooo good! The staff are helpful and the prices are good too!

First time here! Granddaughter frequently goes to Virginia Bobas and says, this place is great. As for me, a newbie, I’m very happy with my new find. Clean & friendly!

I've been to Bubble Tea Culture a few times because their boba is pretty decent-the milk teas are good, and the tapioca pearls have the right texture. They also offer a variety of drink options that make it a nice spot for bubble tea in the area, as well as it being one of the only bubble tea places in the area.
However, I feel it's important to be transparent about something that has made the experience uncomfortable and concerning. There is an older gentleman who works there who not only takes an extremely long time to prepare drinks and food, but has also made the environment unsettling. On more than one occasion, he has come across as creepy, and I learned that two former employees accused him of sexual harassment and were forced to leave due to the lack of concern for the safety of their employees. Despite this, he still works there, which is deeply troubling.
It's disappointing because the quality of the drinks doesn't make up for the discomfort and lack of accountability. I want to support local businesses, but I also want them to be safe for everyone--customers and staff alike.
If management truly values their reputation and the safety of their team, this issue needs to be taken seriously. Until then, I can't in good conscience recommend this place beyond a warning to be cautious.

We love this place! They make a great bubble tea no matter the flavor I’ve tried more than I’d like to admit as evident by this card and I usually forget it 99% of the time lol. While I love the variety of choices I always default back to taro my favorite. My daughter is a die hard strawberry milk tea with strawberry fruit popping boba and asks me every other day if we can go. She likes it so much I bought the mix for home to try to save some $$ but the truth is they make it soooooooo much better worth every penny! I’m sure we will see you again in a few days lol. Thanks for making great bubble tea!

Love this place! Me, my girlfriend, and our friends come here at least once a week. The owners and all staff are extremely nice and personable, always making good conversation and remembering your face. The teas are the bomb and the prices can’t be beat. If you’re in the area and want great boba and great service, this is a must-try :)
