The service is terrible. I called to place an order for pickup. What was supposed to be 20mins ended up being over an hour. I asked the young boy at the desk for a manger, he refused to get a manger & asked if I wanted a refund. Finally I see a manger the short bald guy, when I tried to explain what was going on he cuts me off saying what do I want to do about it. 15 mini my order comes out wrong the manger never comes back over to me. I asked for the manger again and he never comes. The employees & manager all need to be retrained or replaced.

Ben’s service was incredibly professional and dedicated, leaving us very satisfied. As regular customers of BWW, we understand that staff shortages can sometimes affect service quality, but Ben’s performance truly stood out. He was friendly and attentive, making us feel valued. While the food and drinks at BWW are consistent and average, the key to winning over customers lies in the quality of service, and Ben absolutely excelled in this regard!
The place used to be enjoyable to go to and watch the games. Not sure if they have a staffing issue or change in management but the past few months the service has been awful. You can order takeout and be told it will take 20 mins and you’ll arrive in a dead restaurant in the estimated time and every single time the food is never ready and they make you wait 15-20 mins extra. If you want to sit down and eat even on non busy nights servers will rarely come and check up on you. Last time I’ll be coming here after we tried to wave down our server for the check they look at us and then proceed to walk right by and proceed to go in the back near the bathrooms and proceed to huddle around the other servers all shooting the shit.

I usually get Buffalo Wild Wings ever 3-4 weeks and every time I go it takes longer and longer for just 10 wings and 6 pretzels but this time I ordered at around 5:14 and got my food around 6:48 and got home 2 hours after I ordered.there is barely any staff and probably one cook and 2 dozen angry people wanting food at the front.I feel bad for the staff because the staff at the front is just apologize to angry customers saying there food is still not ready.you should just go to the wing stop Nextdoor for good food and a even shorter wait time of around 10 minutes for some wings.

The bar drinks are the worse, the cocktails have no alcohol and they claim is measured and full of ice. You won't get a buzz. You will get diabetes! Food was served cold, not the greatest experience. They had better food years back, and now it is downhill. I'm not looking forward to coming back even if they pay me.

Arrived at 7, wasn’t seated until 10 minutes later due to not having a host to seat us. Then we ordered our food at about 7:25pm, and we have waited over 30 minutes for our food. The funny part is that the table beside us received their food before us and they ordered wayyyyyyyyy after us. This is very unfair because how are people who arrived after us getting food and we’re a party of two. In addition, the fountain drinks were terrible. We sent our drinks back numerous times because the taste of the drinks tasted like Dish water. I settled for a Pepsi. The food arrived at 8PM served by the manager, and he apologized for the wait. I thank him for the hospitality because at least he knew to say sorry for the wait unlike the waitress we had. Then we had dirty forks. See picture below. I will never lie about my experience because I take my food seriously. Food was mediocre.

I was with a group of 6 and there must’ve only been 10 other people in the whole place. The waiter came around once every half an hour. When we finally got ahold of the waiter, I asked for another round of waters for the table and we never received the waters at all. My one friend ordered food and a beer and he never received his beer until an hour after his food and that’s only because he got up and found the waiter and reported the problem. My other friend ordered food and he didn’t receive his food until an hour and a half after he placed the order. Very slow and very unprofessional. For it being completely dead inside the restaurant, the waiter never came to check on us or our problems. My other friend ordered wings to go and that took almost an hour too. Another problem I have is they had NBC news on half the TVs in the place. The motto is “wings, beer, sports” not wings, beer, politics. Not to mention the absolute disgusting bathrooms. There was gum and food inside the urinals and the sink. I had to wash my hands while looking at bacon bits in the sink. Just a terrible experience. I would give this place a zero if I could. Never coming back here ever again.
